M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane with the following specification as under including taking down of existing roof treatment: (a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.40 Itrs/sqm and allow to dry. (b) Applying and laying 3 mm thick APP having non- woven polyster matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film, laid on primed surface, fixed with torch application method as per manufacturer instruction. (c) One coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering with CM (1:4) with using water proofing compound on fair face of wall or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound over roof or sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
