Supply and lay HT cable XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts (E) grade with stranded aluminium conductor, laid in treches/duct or fixed to wall/passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands. crimping type cable lugs for stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core complete all as specified and directed. (a). “Excavation and earthwork, sand cushion, PCC cover., protection pipe shall be measured and paid in separate in respective items” (b). “contractor shall ensure to visit the site and workout the actual requirement of cable before placing of order as per the site requirement as approved by GE/EIC”

S&F Cable Jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outdoor tremination heat/shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 90 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing box thermoplastic body IP 66, size 155mm *210mm *92mm suitable for helogen free and weather proof for out door installation with metric knockout for cable entry suitable for cable size 4-10 sqmm including clamp, lugs, cable terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay heavy duty PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core of size 2.5Sqmm, 230 volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 20 mm dia PVC pipes of suitable pressure rating laid in trenches complte all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of IP65 protection LED post top made in die-cast-aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser 25/30W post top to be mounted on pole with 2 core of PVC insulated service wire and taking down old unsv one as specified and directed by eng-in-charge.Make Cat part BGCTN25W LED WW of Bajaj or equivalent in Havells/Surya

Supply, lay and fixing 50mm dia steel water tubes, medium grade, galvanised for standalone for fixing of garden light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/ pedestals of pole including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of copping/platform complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR Conductor of any size from existing HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling of old Steel tubular swaged pole/PCC pole complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling of old GI wire of any size from existing from existing HT/LT over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. Channel or angle sections etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr in wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of under ground cable, pipes, etc., and getting out in hand/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet upto 45cms, restoration will be done entirely with nominal mix concrete of mix ratio 1:1.5:3 to achive M20 grade concrete after cable laying in pipe all as directed and specified.

Spreading riddle earth (after preparation of excavated earth) in cable duct for cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: punned thickness 18 CM (6.25 cm below cable and 11.75 cm above cable) will be measured by payment purpose. The earth removed during excavation to be used as riddle riddled earth after cushioning and sieving. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangements mentioned.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class HV, type-I, flat of size 300mm*180mm*40mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing nallah etc of bore 100 mm, including taking down of old one complete all as specified and as directed.
