Part A- Constructions of Affordable Housing Project of 2358 EWS units and 28 Shops under PMAY on Plot Bearing Land on S.No. 95/1 & 95/2 at Waghdara Tal- Hingna, Dist- Nagpur, Maharashtra. (Please refer entire tender document Volume (I, II and III) for details of items of work in tender document) The Builtup area of the overall project shall be as per latest UDCPR. Total Project Builtup area includes the following components: Residential units, Shops under building, Building components like staircase, balcony walls, common passages, society office. The area calculations for payment shall be certified/approved from MHDC & PMC. In case of any dispute regarding the carpet area calculations, the decision of M.D. & CEO, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA= 99058.28 (Residential) + 0.00 (Commercial)= 99058.28 Sqm Note: Minimum Builtup area and corresponding Carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications, documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol.I & Vol. II) only.
PART B- AMENITY, FITNESS CENTER, SHOPS, COMPOUND WALL, SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, STORM WATER DRAIN, PARKS & GARDENS, INTERNAL ROAD, UNDERGROUND WATER TANK for items and more details are as follows. Total amount arrived after application quoted % (+/- by the bidder) in part B of Volume III
