Supply, stacking, laying, watering and compacting with vibrator compacter GSB of 75mm nominal size to required gradient/camber including all carriages, loading, unloading up to site of work. (Complete job)

Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range 63mm to 45mm including all sort of carriages involved up to the site of work.

Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate stone screening and binding material incl. screening, sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity etc. complete (payment for stone aggregate, screenings to be made separately):Base course with 63mm to 45mm size including stone screenings 13.2mm size.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (wet mix water bound macadam specification) including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant including carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density(75mm compacted thickness). The job is to be carried with the supervision of site in charge.

Providing & applying tack coat using bitumen including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning & preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc. Fanning and brooming as per MORTH specifications including cost of tar on WBM @ 0.75Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying 50mm (compacted) bituminous macadam in accordance with the MORTH specifications to specified lines, grades and cross sections adopting aggregate (maximum aggregate size 26.50mm) with binder(bitumen) content of @ 3.30% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with paver finished to be required level and grade, rolling with vibrator roller to achieve the required compaction and density all cost and carriages of materials involved from source to site of work T.P&E, labour, octroi charges, taxes, fee, testing during execution of quality control, all leads & lifts complete including cost of tar.

Providing and laying 25mm thick compact semi dense carpet conforming to MORTTH specification with binder (bitumen) content of 5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying with paver finished to be required level and grade, rolling with vibrator roller to achieve the required compaction and density all cost and carriages of materials involved from source to site of work T.P&E, labour, octroi charges, taxes, fee, testing during execution of quality control, all leads & lifts complete including cost of tar.

Providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128Kg of bitumen of per cum of fine aggregate ( 0.768 Kg of bitumen/sqm and 0.60cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface (as per MORTH specification) including rolling with vibrator roller and finishing complete including cost and carriage of materials/labour involved complete.
