(e) RAW SEWAGE PUMPS- 02Nos (1W+1S/by) Non clog ,vertical submersible pumps with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size with guide rail and lifting chain, cables etc., for pumping sewage from Equalisation Tank to MBBR reactor having characteristic as specified below :- (i) Average flow - 760 cum/day, (ii) No of working hrs - 16 hrs, (iii) Flow capacity - 47.50 cum/hr, (iv) Head - 20.0m (min) (v) Proposed flow of each pump - 800 LPM (min) (vi) Item also includes provn of level sensor and all connected items for automatic operation of the pumps. (g) SECONDARY CLARIFIER (TUBE SETTLER) - 01No. Secondary clarifier (tube settler) tank made up of M30 grade concrete of min size 6.3m (L)x5.0m(W)x2m water depth +0.5m free board all as specified below. (i) Width of secondary settling tank- 5m, Length- 6.1m, Depth of clarifier - 2m, volume of clarifier - 60.8 cum, (iiTube settler internal of Square Tube type lamella PVC plate in secondary clarifier . (h) EXCESS SLUDGE TANK- 01No. Excess sludge tank made up of M30 grade concrete of minimum size 6.3m(L)x2m(W)x3m(D) + 0.5m free board all as specified below:- (a) Liquid depth- 3000mm. (j) AIR BLOWER - 03Nos (2W+1S/by) Supply & fix twin lobe, roots type oil free positive displacement screw Air Blowers of designed capacity and head with min 500 cum/hr flow rate of each blower. driven through V belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable HP, 3- phase supply, 415V, 50 cycles and complete in all respect all as specified and directed and shown in drg.

(k) SLUDGE RECIRCULATION PUMP -02Nos (1W+1S/by) Supply and fix Centrifugal non clog type Sludge Recirculation Pumps for circulating sludge from secondary Clarifiers to the sludge Aeration Tank. Min pump capacity 0.3 cum/hr @ 15 m head or as with OEM recommendation complete in all respect. (l) FILTER PRESS FEED PUMP -02Nos (1W+1S/by) Supply and fix Helical screw pumps suitable to handle solid above 10mm and capacity not less than 0.1 cm/hr and min 15m head. (m) CHLORINE CONTACT & DOSING TANK -01No. (i) Minimum size 5.0m(L)x4.0m(W)x2.3m(D) + 0.5m free board (ii) Material & grade of construction : RCC M-30 concrete. (n) HYPO DOSING SYSTEM - 02Nos : Hypo dosing system consisting of metering type dosing pump in PP construction and LDPE/HDPE of designed 150LPH pump closer and tank capacity 1000 liter or as required complete with metering, piping and valve accessories. (o) PAC DOSING SYSTEM-02Nos: Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) dosing system consisting of metering type dosing pump in PP construction and LDPE/HDPE dosing tank of designed capacity. (p) AIR GRID: One Lot of Air Grid of Coarse Bubble, Lateral & Header type in SS 304 construction for Equalisation Tank and MBBR reactors. Non-clog type air dispersion system capable 3-5 cfm of air or as required with oxygen transfer efficiency of 5 - 6% per/meter water depth, fine bubble membrane diffusers complete in all respect with fittings, pipe, air flow meter, valve ,support ,clamps and accessories duly connected with flower. (q) 1 Lot of floating media for MBBR reactors in PP construction wagon wheel design having density less than water. (r) 1 Lot of Tube settler internal of Square Tube type lamella PVC plate in secondary clarifier . (s) SCREW/ FILTER PRESS:Supply and commissioning of screw press for dewatering of sludge having capacity 3.0 cum/hr at sludge concentration of 1% & solid at outlet : 20-22%. (t) FILTER FEED PUMP -02Nos (1W+1S/By): Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Horizontal centrifugal non clog water transfer pumps Cl body motor, pressure gauge with isolation cock, Isolation valve, NRV on delivery line. (u) ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER -01 Sets : Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of vertical MSEP Activated Carbon Filter with adequate dirt holding capacity (suitable for 3.5 Kg/Sqcm working pressure). As per manufacturer's specifications complete with intitial charge filter media . The filter shall also be provided with set of internals for raw water inlet and bottom collecting system. Complete with frontal piping & Valves. Min Filteration Rate 15000 L/Sqm/Hr .Test pressure : 5.5 Kg/Sq.cm .Flow Rate : 25.0 m3/hr(min). (v) DUAL MEDIA FILTER - 01Set : Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of vertical MSEP Dual Media filter with adequate dirt holding capacity (suitable for 3.5 Kg/Sqcm working pressure). National Electricity Manufacturers Association (NEMA) International Electro-technical Committee (IEC) American National Standards Institute (ANSI) The Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) 18 Input/ Output Modules a) Standard rack mounted I/O modules with plug-in cards shall be provided. Field wiring shall be terminated in screwed terminal and interconnected to the processor I/O system with pre-fabricated cables with plug-in type connectors. b) 20% extra points of installed capacity for each type of input shall be provided as spares and shall be wired to the terminal block of the control panel. Provision shall be made for future expansion of extra I/O modules. c) Some of the common features of the I/O modules shall be as follows : i. All inputs shall be terminated with input protective network and necessary isolating barriers. ii. Filters for noise rejection. iii. Provision for isolation of faulty channels. iv. (ii) Test points and fault indication LEDs shall be provided to carry out module testing. (iii). Surge withstands facility as per IEEE standards. (iv) All the modules shall be of addressable type. (v) Fuse protection and fuse failure detection. (vi)Internal battery backup. (vii)All pumps, blower or motors having standby units, to be run 24 hours, should be controlled for auto interchangeability after pre-set time. (viii) Cable entry – Bottom. (ix)Relays and protection shall be enabled for SCADA with IEC 61850 protocol & Modbus RS-485. Note for complete STP: (i) The items and BOQ is deemed to include all necessary internal piping , valves required for interconnection & flow regulation of all equipments of STP, Cables from electric control panel upto pumps of size as per load requirement for commissioning and smooth functioning as shown in drg. (ii) STP shall be installed by OEM only. (iii) The items which are not specifically mentioned but are required for smooth & efficient functioning of plant are deemed to b included in the quoted rates. Notes for Civil Components and Buildings: (i) Civil components and Buildings as shown on drawings will be deemed to be included in quoted lumpsum.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

STANDBY ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and install , testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA with water cooled engine for power generation @ RPM 1500, brushless frame with silencer and Canopy for sound less mode (sound level not exceeding level specified by central pollution control board) and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo and 80 KW/ 100 kVA electric alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire,50 Hz, Voltage Regulation ± 5, Insulation class H coupled to engine with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components, fuel tank of capacity of not lesss than for 12 hour run with level indicator installed on suitable steel frame with PCC foundation as per manufacturers instructions, Power Command genset Controller, fuel pipes, Dual spin on fuel filter, Dry type Aircleaner, Shutt off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT , fuel pipes , bar metre, hour meter , oil temperature gauges, ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintanance free battery 12 V 1x92 AH, with charging provision, Exhaust emmission Silencer aluminium clad,emergency stop button, machanical governor, with power starter controlled microprocessor based unit, LED in side canopy with including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings ,accessories and necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of all as specified and directed.

(A) PRIME MOVER :- Suitable for driving 64 KW/100 KVA alternator water cooled battery staart diesel Engine of suitable capacity confirming of ISO 3046 / BS 5514 BSS 649 and fuel tank suitable for 12 hrs running capacity mounted on MS frame pedestal supported with anti-vibration mounting rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hr in any 12 hrs operaton complete with the following standard accessories :- (B) ALTERNATOR : 64 KW/100 KVA at 0.8 PF Brushless self excited, self regulaed 3 phase 50 Hz 415 V 1500 RPM 4 wire screen protected drip proof free from simulation problems continuous rating confirming to BS 5000 complete with automatic voltage regulator O/P voltage regulated between +/- 1% or set voltage from no load to full load. Note: i) any fittings/fixtures which are necessary for properfunctioning of the DG set shall also be deemed include in the unit rate quoted and shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt. ii) Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall be provided as per manufaturers recommendations and cost deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for this item. iii) All testing equipments and FOL are to be arranged by the contractor and testing shall be carried out by the contractor in presence of re of Accepting Officer. iv) Rate quoted by the contractor including the rate of first filling of lubricating oil, Coolent(v) Drawings/cataloge for DG Set shall be got approved by the GE before ordering to the manufaturer

EXT ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Transformer, Step down, outdoor, pole mounted ,double copper wound, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC, Oil immersed, natural air cooled, external cooling tubes/radiator core types having no load voltage ratio 11000/433 Volts (Corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connected on primary side (HV Side) and Star connected on secondary side (LV Side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-Il (vector group) with neutral brought out on LV side and having looping on HV side for contact output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by ± 7.5% in steps of 2.5% to be changed by means of off load taps changing gear. The limit of temperature rise after continuous fall load run as specified in IS:1180(Pt-1) of 2014 shall be suitably adjusted to suit to the ambient temperature of maximum 48 degree Celsius prevailing at site all as specified of rating 100 KVA. The losses at 50% load & 100% load shall be not more than 435 Watt & 1500 Watt respectively.

Supply and fix LED street light 35/36 W IP 65, lumen efficiency not less than 100Lm/watt, operating voltge 140-270V, driver with surge protection 5KV with overload & short cuircuit protection, pf more than 95%.

Supply & fixing Hot dipped galvanized octagonal pole of 6 mtr height having top dia 70mm,bottom dia 130mm, sheet thickness 3mm, base plate of size 200mmx220mmx12mm, foundation bolt 4xM20x600(Noxdiaxlength) with PCD 220mm,complete with in-built junction box with cable termination arragement, 3-core FRLS cable from J-box to light fitting, 1mtr long single arm brcket of hot dipped GI including necessary foundtion as per manufacturers design & specifications.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made of mild steel plate of size 150mm x 150mm, 6mm thick fixed/welded on angle iron of size 25mm x 4mm , 600mm long, duly painted with one coat of primer of zinc oxide paint and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and wirting of cable details as directed by Engineer-in-charge, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates block of size 150 mm x150mm x150mm in foundation including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note: PCC & formwork is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F Change over switch 200 Amp, 4 pole, 415 V, 50Hz front operated with sheet metal enclosure duly fixed on 02 Nos angle iron 40x40x6mm, 1200mm long each complete with grouted in PCC as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE `A' PART - XIII (MANNING & OPERATION) is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only.

Ist year manning & operation of 760 KLD STP complete with treated water distribution system and 100KVA rating DG set installed as per Sch 'A' of the work round the clock including Sunday & holidays in 3 shifts per day of duration 08 hours each as per timing to be decided by GE/Engr-in-Charge by deploying one operator and one helper per shift of the relevant trade.

Note for item srl no. 8.01 to 8.03(Manning & Operation):- (i) Operator shall be ITI qualified or with minimum 02 years working experience in operation of STP system of similar nature (iii) Records for daily & periodical checks as per OEM standards to be maintained by the contractor duly signed by operator & the concerned executives. Cost of stationary & equipment etc shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.(v) Life insurance, EPF, and ESI medical facilities of govt for all the personnel shall be done by the contractor and copy of the same to be submitted to the deptt.(vi) Minimum T&P and all safety material required for the operator to be provided by contractor. (vii) Any damages to the installed machinery during operation due to mishandling of the system shall be compesated by the contractor. (viii) Minimum wages to be paid by the contractor through nationalized bank ESC mode as per labour Laws. (ix) Weekly off as per labour act to be given to the operator & reliever to be provided by the contractor at no extra cost to the deptt. (x) Contractor to provide 02 pairs of overall combination with leather shoes to each operator and helper.(xi) In case of absentism of any operator in a shift , double the amount of shifts will be recovered from the contractor. (xii)Contractor shall obtain a affidavit from all operators & helper that they are deployed on temporary basis by the contractor for 11 months through outsourcing and they have no legal binding with department regarding employment/permanancy of job. Any court cases due to accident/break of jobs/compensation occuring due to laboure conflict during the contract period is to be delt by the contractor only. (xiii) Operators & helper will use their own conveyance to reach duty place.(xiv) Cost of consumable items required for operation of STP i.e. Chemicals for lab,Chlorine,polymer etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (xv) During O&M period the housekeeping of the entire STP and related surrounding area is included in the scope of work. (xvi) During currency of M&O work manpower as specified in BOQ shall be deployed, in case of absent of manpower recovery will be made as per double the minimum wages applicable at the period of absent.
