Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.on BM surface.

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder@ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per morth specification clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole. in edges and center line.

Concrete with 40mm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material labours tools and plants etc required for the proper completion of the work (S.l.No275)

Providing and Laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded interlocking cement concrete tilles (30 mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
