Service Charges for the following work: a) Complete Removal and dismantling of old media from existing Multigrade Filter, cleaning of the FRP vessel & Topping up the Media of dual Media Filter (DMF 48 X 72) as per the site requirement & Manufacturer's standard complete as required. (for item no 1) b) Complete Removal & dismantling of old media from existing Activated carbon filter , cleaning of the FRP vessel and Topping up the Media of Activated Carbon Filter (ACF 63 X 67) as per the site requirement & Manufacturer's standard complete as required (for item no 2) c) Replacement of old media from existing softener tank (Soft Water Generation Plant), cleaning of the FRP vessel , Topping up the Media with new media resin of softener (DMF 42 X 72) as per the site requirement & Manufacturer's standard complete as required (item no 3)

Supply & fixing of 65 NB flange type down flow multiport valve for filter.

Supply & fixing of 65 NB flange type down flow multiport valve of for softener.

Supply & fixing of Vaccume Breaker suitable for DMF, ACF and Softener plant for WTP.

Supply & fixing of following size of Top and Bottom strainer of with frontal pipe line system for FRP Vessel.

Painting of outside body of 2nos filter & 1no softener with two(02) coat Red oxide paint and two(02) coat of black color synthetic enamel paint of approved brand etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of 75mm nominal dia SCH 40 UPVC pipe along with all accessories for interconnecting pipelines for WTP.

Testing of hardness of the treated water after SITC of the complete system and supply of one number additional water test kit for testing of hardness of water complete as required.
