Supply and fixing in replacement FR grade thermoplastic polyethylene outdoor cable junction box hinged/screwed door type of size 200x160x 98 mm for 3 Phase and Nutral incoming cable, 3 Phase and Neutral outgoing cable with terminals/connectors and single Phase and Neutral connection for light fitting, 4 pole, 415 volt and one MCB SP 6 Amp, 240 Volt and clamp system (screw less), shock proof safe IP-66, weather proof, rust, dust and water proof internally embedded gasket with provision metric knockouts for cable entry through gland suitable for 16sq mm to 25sq mm cable as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement PVC Cable 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multi-strand copper conductor including connections of cable from junction box to security light on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement LED street light 90 W 230 volts with surge protection not less than 4 KV inbuilt in driver & minimum 10 KV separate in the light housing. Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing , IP-65/66 protection, high power LED street light with the heat resistant thoughened glass lens and making electrical connections pvc insulated sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor from street light to junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Driver shall be potted antivibration type. LM-79 and LM-80 for 50000 burning hours. CRI(colour Rendring Index) of fixture shall be ≥ 70. CCT (colour correlated Temp) of fixture shall be 5700K±300K. System Lumen Efficiency shall be>100 Lm/W. 10 KV separate Surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. The fitting shall have arrangement so that maintenance required , if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supplying and installation in replacement of dip galvanised octagonal poles 9 m long top dia (A/F) 70 mm bottom dia (A/F) -minimum 130 mm having thickness 3 mm base plate 200 mm x 200 m x 16 mm(LxBxT) including bolt size 4 x 20 mm (Nox dia) , 200 mm pitch circle dia 600 mm bolt length , 100 mm projected bolt length having door opening of sizes 90 x 500 mm above GL and having hot dip galvanized singlr arm plane arm bracket 1000 mm long for pole having top 70 mm A/F for mounting street light fitting fixed on top with nut bolts washers including provision of cable connector for three phases supply and one No MCB SP of 0.5 A to 6A complete alongwith necessary iron and taking down of LED pole is deemed to be all as specified by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Excavation, earth work, , necessary iron work ,PCC And RCC and taking down of LED pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supplying and Laying in replacement trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 50 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supplying and Laying in replacement trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 25 sqmm 4 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supplying and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE, of cross section area 16 sqmm 4 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5m wide and Not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying of cables etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,laying and fixing in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of size 75 mm outer dia and 61 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizonally for rod crossing for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade ) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and connecting to earth up to 6 meter length complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR PART 1 , with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switche, DBs) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cabel PVC insulated aluminium conductor , served with inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheated in service connection suspended twin core cable flat 10 Sqmm 2 core with 4 mm GI wire suspended with insulators for supporting complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,fixing and laying in replacement galvanized iron pipe of 40 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement flood Light Luminaire 200 watt with .high power LED cool white, supply voltage 220/240/50 Hz, light engine driver base.pole adapter,pressure die cast polycarbonate,powder coated in IP 66 life of 50000 hrs.Incliding protection of O/C,S/C,O/V, over temperature and lightning protection inbuilt complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing in replacement Timelite distribution boards of Timelite 40 Amps 3 pole 230 Volt Digital time switch for out door use, weather and vermin proof duly painted with synthetic enamel paint made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with locking arrangement comprising of one number time switch 24 hours operation Accuracy: quartz time base +/- 1 S per day, Power contractor 40 Amp , MCCB 4 pole of suitable size,manual switch and indicator suitable for street light operation and duly fixed on pole with clamps / Grouting on ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of existing street light on same location or any other location complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement prestressed concrete poles of 11 meter long having 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class 9 , including foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed.
