Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of specified quantity using mechanical means.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel andalignment, rollingwith smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (as per analysys-3 ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. )( Including extra lead beyond 5.00 km for carriage of materials from quarry to plant site and exrtra lead beyond 10.00Km from Plant site to Laying site.) Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.
