Supply and fixing approved make light coloured glazed wash basin of make Parryware or Equivalent (Model - Indus) of size 500x400mm mounted on wall supported over GI brackets screwed with walls rigidly, with necessary fixtures 1No. CP Nose pillar tap, waste coupling, Angle valve, ½” connecting hose etc., finishing the disturbed masonry neat including cost of all materials, transporting, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of CP 20mm dia Angle valve with 1No. with CP cup of approved quality in bath rooms for the hot water line including cost of all materials, labour for fixing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing fully panelled country wood Cup board of required size in bed and kitchen in all floors as directed by the Engineer in charge using factory made CW frame (75x32mm) CW partly panelled shutters and using 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides of ISI stamped and providing 4 tiers of 18 to 20mm thick Jet Black or equivalent colour Granite slabs (Super fine polished with machine cut edges) and making the sides smooth by nosing and polishing the edges for shelves including cost of all materials, labour charges, fixing charges, required fixtures and fittings to the cupboard such as Mortice Lock - (Godrej or equivalent) with required screws with 3 Keys, Butt Hinges 100 x 30mm - 8 Nos, Aluminium tower bolt inner hooks etc., lead, lift and 2 coats of solignum for portions and wood work in contact with masonry lead, lift, etc., complete.

White washing with two coats of white cement for outer area and ceiling surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of water based primer including applying two coats of Wall Putty paste of approved quality over the priming coat one coat by one coat and making the interior walls smootheing by scrapping with nice sand paper for interior surfaces as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials such as Oil bound distemper, Wall Putty paste, Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Providing one course of best pressed tiles of size 230x230x20mm as weathering course for roof slab embedded in 12mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 mixed with crude oil @ 10% by weight of cement over a bed of brick jelly in pure slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 (32 parts of Brick jelly to 12.5 part of lime) to an average thickness of 80mm laid with required slope well beaten with wooden mallet and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality & colour Satin / Matt finish enamel paint over a coat of primer of red oxide including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting to the wood work with two coats of approved quality colour Satin / Matt enamel paint over one coat of approved wood primer including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and laying of PVC pipe 110mm dia (4kg/cm²) of FINOLEX or equivalent approved make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge for downfall pipes as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, all specials such as Tees, Elbow, shoes, Special clamps, bends and screws, gratings etc., making holes in masonry/concrete, restoring the disturbed area to original condition, making water tight jointing with no leakage, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift etc., complete.
