Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,drains etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete as in manhole's covers/drain covers, of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 for manhole/drains and the like and external pointed flush in same mortar as the work proceeds. Complete all as specified.
All as per srl item No 4.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.
Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, bed plates, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
100 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for removal of soil/silt,shrubs and other waste from the drains and cleaning the surface thoroughly for free flow of rain water, excavated material to be removed to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5.00km and depositing out side MOD area where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for shifting of existing RCC slabs cover (size n exc 1.2 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m) placed over drain and relaying the same over existing drain again after cleaning the drain (Cleaning will be paid under relevant item of this BOQ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5mm thick plain dark colour PVC sheet like as DTGMs, Sign Board, Link board etc area of each board size of PVC sheet exc 0.04 sqm but n. exc 4.00 sqm feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, insulated PVC Wall Lining and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solven Cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing in repairs of broken DTGM by replacing with new flexible (HDPE) pipe of 40mm dia, having density as per pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm and fixed to walls, ceilings or floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing in repairs of broken DTGM by replacing with new flexible (HDPE) pipe of 50mm dia, having density as per pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm and fixed to walls, ceilings or floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for writing letters including arrows, dashes, bars, borders, etc using retro reflective tape of any colour including back ground of dark colour as per standard pattern/letters, width exc 40mm and n.exc 200mm as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting and cleaning of joints and remvoing all old material from existing joint and making good in properly in line and level and material and loabour for providing 20mm thick or more and 100 mm deep expansion joints filled with preformed grade 85/25 bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compoun grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The site will be available as and when there will be no movement of aircrafts. The rate qyouted by the contractor shall be inclusive of this element. No extra claim what so ever shall be admissible on this account.
Preparation of existing concrete/bituminous painted surfaces by brushing of the loose particle or dust etc. any loose flakes of old paint and applying one coat of Road marking water based paint white/yellow/any other colour as per the site requirement in marked pattern such as line, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. to Runway/PTT/Dispersal/Loops or other etc.) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Painting to be carried out three times or more as per requirement in a year (measurement will be carried out each time seperately) and as specified and all as directed.
Material and labour for grass cutting upto zero level along the paved shoulders by Mechanically/manually and removed grass in low laying area within Technical area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE 01: Phase wise details of approx quantity of grass cutting (to be measured at site) are as follows: (a) Phase I: From the date of commencement of work to next 03 Months - 50000 Sqm (b) Phase II: From the date of completion of phase I to next 03 Months - 40000 Sqm (c) Phase III: From the date of completion of phase II to next 03 Months - 40000 Sqm (d) Phase IV: From the date of completion of phase III to next 03 Months - 40000 Sqm NOTE 02: Since the work is a safety requirement for Air field. The entire quanty is to be executed in the above mentioned period otherwise twice the rate per square metre quoted by the contractor will be recovered from contractor if less quantity executed under the enitre phase wise period of work. NOTE 03: Four labours are required with grass cutting machine in every working days of the contract period except Sundays/Holidays.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will not be handed over to contractor in one go and will be handed over as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station
