Taking down / Dismantling of the existing plant completely comprising of compressor, slipring motor, chiller, Condenser, ducting , AHUs, pipe lines, chiller/condenser pumps, liquid line, control valves, cooling tower, control panel etc and making good the surface all as specified and directed depositing in MES store yard

Installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor controller chilled water type central air conditioning plant of capacity 50 TR x 3 Nos (2x50 TR working + 1x50 TR stand by) for building No. P-03,P-04 & P-06 Under Ground Ops room to maintain inside room temperature 24°C + 2°C DBT & RH not exeeding 55% and dust filtration level 99.9% down to 5 micron ( E U 5 filters). (Note: Items required to complete the plant shall be measured separtely in respective items of schedule of the BOQ specified here-in-after). The unit shall comprising the following :-

CHILLING UNIT Water cooled twin scroll chilling Unit complete factory assembled & factory tested of 50TR actual capacity working on 407C eco friendly Freon gas comprising of scroll compressors with motors suitable for 415v, 50HZ,3Phase AC supply ,water motors cooled condenser, evaporator, refrigerant piping, control & accessories, starter and microprocessor, control panel, refrigerant & oil charged, mounted on common base frame with anti vibration pads & complete as per specification ( 2 Nos x 50 TR Working,1 No. x 50TR Standby) : (03 Nos) comprising following:- (a) Capacity of chilling machine :50TR (b) Condenser water temp.in ; 90 Deg.F (c) Condenser water temp.Out ; 97.5 Deg.F (d) Chilled water temp.in 53Deg.F (e) Chilled water temp.out 45Deg.F (f) Condenser fouling factor :0.001 (FPS). (g) Chiller fouling factor :0.0005 (FPS).

CONDENSER WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM COMPRISING OF : (a) FRP induced draft cooling tower of 100TR capacity complete with spray section, honey comb fill basin, fan, TEFC motor, intake bird screen and other accessories (Tech Specification as per manufacturers standard and will be submitted to department before placing order) and shall be located at GF within five meter distance from plant room.: 01 No (b) PVC/HDPE tank of 5000 litre capacity on existing PCC/brick staging mounting upto 5 mtr height for make -up water requirement including brass float valve with polyethylene ball, over flow and drain arrangement. Incoming connection to be provided by Deptt. and complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in -Charge : 01 No (c) 1 No. Expansion tank of 1000 litre capacity made out of 3mm thick MS sheet including connection & insulation with 50mm thick fiber glass / thermocole finished with 10 mm thick cement plaster(1:4)

CHILLED WATER PIPING (EXPOSED) Supply,Farication,Erection,Testing and Commissioning of MS pipes- C Class conforming to IS: 1239/3589 heavy class including all fittings like couplings ,bends ,elbow, tees etc. Piping shall be supported with frame structure, necessary hardware's Clevis support i.e U strap clamp etc . thrust blocks of rubber material having density 1400kg / cum insulation shall be with two half round section of PUF ( Polyurethane ) in density 36±2 Kg /cum conforming to IS :12436. Section shall be bonded to the surface of pipe with adhesive fevicol SR 998 and binded with metal binding wire, apply fevicol AC Duct Lag Coating AF : 5590 on insulated surface uniformly and wrap the Glass Cloth tightly with over lapping so that no gaps are left and no air pockets are formed. Immediately apply additional coating as a final finish layer on wrap cloth with necessary hardware fitting for following pipe size:-

Pipe NB 100mm with insulation thickness 60mm

Pipe NB 80mm with insulation thickness 55mm

CONDENSATE DRAIN PIPING:- Supply and laying Fabrication ,Erection ,Testing and Commissioning of MS pipes -C class conforming to IS : 1239/3589 heavy class including all fittings like anchor fasteners, Pipe supporting steel frame structure, coupling, bends , elbows, tees, thrust blocks, rigid polyurethane foam block etc . Insulation shall be with two half round sections of PUF ( Polyurethane) in density 36±2 Kg /m3 conforming to IS :12436. Section shall be bonded to the surface of pipe with adhesive fevicol SR 998 and binded with metal binding wire, apply fevicol AC Duct Lag Coating AF : 5590. Apply Final layer for following pipe size:-

M & L for Primary Supports for Ducts with Gripple Wire Primary Supports. Supply , Installation of Primary Supports as per following specification:- (i) M S Hollow Square Pipe length and Height shall be suitable to loop Gripple Wire. (ii) M S Plate to support the primary supporting system from Purlin / Truss level. (iii) The support shall be painted as per standard color code. (iv) AC Ducts supported and hangers as per specification for Size of M.S . Hollow Square Pipe in mm : 50x50x5 , dia of Hanger Rod of 15mm with lock bolt and other standard , Size of M.S . Hollow Square Pipe in mm : 25x25x3 accessories. Note all Material required for fabrciation of Duct of any size/shape will be deemed in this quoted rate.

AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING S & F of Air Handling Units OF CAPCITY 25000CFM,55MM SP,70TR Sectionalzed construction double skin air handling uint fabricated out of 0.6mm thick pre- coated GI sheet outer skin and 0.6mm plain GI sheet inner skin with 25mm thick PUF of density 38kg/cum injected in between the panels. The AHU shall comprise of fan section with DIDW forward curved blower coil section with cooling coil, heating coil, pre- filter section with synthetic type pre-filter section with synthetic type fine filters having efficiency 97% down to 5microns, and squirrel cage induction motor of adequate rating Control for AHU comprising of three way mixing valve with modulating motor ,proportionate thermostat, heating thermostat and humidistat and humidity control system comprising plumbing works PVC water tank (100 litres capacity) spray nozzles, heaters for dehumidification and humidifying pump) and civil work comprising of PCC foundation for AHU, making opening in brick wall and making good for ducts, pipes, cable and fresh air intake all as specified and directed.

Description all as per above item but 5000CFM, 55MMSP,15TR (One No. AHU to installed at a distance of 60 meters (Approx) from the plant room).

Supply and fix air ducting made out of commercial grade GI Sheet (Zinc coating 120 gm /Sqm) and fabricated as per IS-655.First five meter of the duct will be acoustically insulated with 25mm thick fiber glass wood (density 24kg/Cum) and 28 SWG Aluminium perforated sheet.Ducting wherever passing through unconditioned space only shall be insulated with resin boned mineral /glass wool 50mm thick (density 24 kg /Cum). Aluminium foil (0.05mm) faced and fixed with PVC tapes shall be passing through condition space /return air space. Outdoor insulation shall be finished with 10 mm thick 1:4 Cement and sand plaster Attic space present in the corridor shall be used for return air path. Any boxing /false ceiling /partition required for RA passage through the corridor/lobby/rooms shall be provided by the deptt / other agency. No volume control damper shall be provided in the ducting as the flow of air shall be controlled by the VCD damper installed in SA grills comprising following:- (a) Aluminium anodised grills /diffusers complete with MS volume control for supply air grills /diffusers.

(e) Detail drawings of plant layout, ducts, electrical system, fire dampers etc will be submitted by the bidder within five (05) weeks of acceptance of the tender for the approval of the GE. Note : Diffusers/Damper/Grills shall be included in above unit quoted rate.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area with suitable dressing material of the following size:-

Cross-sectional area 95 Sq.mm, 3.5 core (from Main LT Panel to chiller)

Supply and laying of PVC insulated 4 Sq.mm 3.5 core , armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional areawith suitable dressing material (from Microprocossor based AHU Control Panel to AHU Fan Drive Motor)

Note for serial item No 2 to 16 (i) All civil work require such as PCC foundation for chilling units, pumping sets ,cooling tower ,Make-up water tank, AHU and making opening in brick wall and making good for ducts,pipes,cable and fresh air intake shall be deem included in unit quoted rates. (ii) The complete AC plant unit shall have compressor mounting arrangement on rubber Grommets with metal sleeves. Water cooled shell & tube type condenser. Flooded type evaporator duly insulated. Thermostat expansion valve with Extl.Equalizer.Unit shall have filter dryer, pressure switch i.e HP/LP, Electronic thermostat, flow switch at achiller, integral refrigerant piping & wiring, accessories as required and called for , Automatic and safety control mounted in central console electronic microprosser, with internal overload protector facilities complete all as specified are directed with AC plant comprising and using 407C eco friendly Freon gas (iii) Contractor shall take all site requirements into consideration and include cost of all miscellaneous items which are essential and required for entire completion of work in their quoted rates which are not specifically mentioned in Schedule 'A' and in Particular specifications. All items which are required for completion of works of Central chilled water type AC plant are deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 10mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) and applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and provide modified polymeric APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.5 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado/skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid, coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-harge.

75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floors complete, all as specified.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 12 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:3 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified.

M&L Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 250mm X 250mm X 20-22mm) thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment, laid including and over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, cills, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pressed steel frames for doors, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete, of frame size 105 mm x 60 mm, including one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank , two layers, ISI marked (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted with Threaded Cap and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I of Capacity 1000 litres each including all accessories (i.e GI nipples and Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm (Minimum weight 210 gram) etc), incl dismantling existing water tanks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bib taps , fancy type cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule for bore of pipe 15 mm, fixed in repairs, , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
