M&L repairs to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each and including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and shield with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premixed bituminous, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm thick or less or as required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and including applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG-30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment complete all as specified and directed. Note: If actual design mix comes less than 5.50% binder content, then the rate of recovery of bitumen shall be as per rate in purchase voucher per each kg for the purpose of adjustment. However, no adjustment shall be made if the binder content is more than 5.5%.

M&L moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rolled consolidated to required gradient using power roller of capacity exc. 8 tonne and including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new / old surfaces of road / pavements and the like 10 cm wide and applying 1 mm thick (reflective type) resin thermoplastic paint for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, of approved colour / make, by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc., driven by the skilled operator all as per MORTH specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F raised pavement markers of size 110 mm x 90 mm x 17 mm made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 (+) or (-) 5 degree and fixing with twin polymer epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing raised pavement markers of size 110 mm x 90 mm x 17 mm made of polycarbonate moulded body and refixing the same with twin polymer epoxy resin based adhesive after laying of bituminous carpet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F smart solar road studs of size 125 mm x 125 mm and 25 mm thick, 85 mm long, 40 mm dia stud with 6 Nos. diod bulbs (03 Nos. each side) electronically operated and designated to operate automatically in the darknes powered from rechargeable nickel cadmium battery to be charged through solar cells main frame cast aluminium with polycarbonate cover on side all as per manufcaturers instructions and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F delineator dual directional retro reflective round short made out MS pipe of outer dia 76 mm and 900 mm length, 450 mm wide (150 mm wide each), reflective band of colour white and red reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage all as per manufcaturers instructions and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and including demolition complete all as specified and directed.
