Supply of 6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed strandard copper conductor single core AFL cable conforming to IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment and as per particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 200 W 6.6 Amps AFL Halogen lamps with PK-30D Base. (Osram make: cat no: 64382 or equivalent)

Supply of 5 KV grade 6 Sqmm Esna connectors kit for field connections with 5 KV grade 1 x 6 Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable as required and conforming to the relevant IS specifications.

Supply of Stanvac Make Z-942 Power wrap Tape

Supply of PVC LT insulation tape

SH: II Laying of cable/HDPE/DWC Pipe & ITC of fixtures

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (120 cm below ground level) in the existing trench etc., complete as required. 50 mm outer dia & 38 mm inner dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC shealthed/XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal /HDPE pipe as required. 6 sq.mm

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 63 of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 14930, Part II with up to date amendments complete as required in bituminous / concrete surface at an average depth of 30 cm and width of 15 cm including demolishing of bituminous / concrete surface manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of materials and refilling the trench with 1:2:4 ratio cement concrete. 40 mm dia

Dismantling, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Elevated type approach light fittings including making field connections with departmentally supplied ESNA connector kit and 6 Sq.mm series cable including departmentally provided HT tape / LT tapes, aligning the fittings as per site requirement etc. as required.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. in layers of 20 cm, and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter without ramming and watering.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of feeder pillar box by providing SMC Junction Boxes of 3 mm thick hot moulded SMC (GS -JB - 3750 type or equivalent) of size with outside dimensions not less than 395mm(H) x 545 mm(W) x 220mm (D) and inner dimensions as 350mm(H) x481mm(W) x210 (D) watertight construction with 2 Nos 50mm dia GI pipe legs with breakable coupling including making necessary provision for cable entry for 2 x 25 sq.mm/1x16 sq.mm/1x6sq.mm PVC sheathed & PVC insulated armoured/unarmoured cable and cable connection arrangement by providing suitable cutout on 12 mm thick hylum sheet, making 1m x1m area and with 20 cm depth cement concrete pedestral around the feeder pillar box after installation of support poles in cement concrete foundation of ratio 1:2:4 and size 30 x 30 x30 cm with suitable base plate etc . as required

SH III - Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mmdia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-fillingas required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
