(For works upto 1.5 meters below ground level (HSR 10.90 + 10.95 a)

Damp proof course 40 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 preparation at 1.65 kg per sqm laid hot and sanded (HSR 10.114)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver block conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC: SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159) (Note- Reputed make Paver Block Only ISI marked will be used as approved by Engineer-in-Charge).

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth. (HSR 11.4)

First class brickwork laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metre above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

Providing and fixining factory manufacture jali of reinforced cement concrete consisting of cement, coarse sand and 10 mm and down gauge bajri in the ratio of 1:1:2 with 8 mm dia for steel. Outer frame of the jali will be 50 mm wide and 25 mm thick and inner frame of jali will be 25 mm wide and 25 mm thick with smooth finish as per design approved by the Engineer-in-charge including fixing in position up to any height with cement sand mortar 1:4 complete in all respect. Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-550/EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate or RCC including straightening, bending, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. (HSR 18.22) Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Preparation of sub grade, including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller and compacting the bed.(HSR 24.1)

Providing and laying 200mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –III/VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2.
