Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper , ISI marked , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc complete - Single rubber stopper.

Providing and fixing heat resistant terrace tiles (300mm x 300mm x 20mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete , including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre / 10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre, of approved brand and manufacturer, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achive even shade and colour - Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content - with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade- One or more coats on old work

French spirit polishing - one or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4fine aggregate)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia .M.S.tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S.tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as approved. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration ofscaffolding. (Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicically, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling steel work manually / by mechanical means in built up sections without distembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 25mm and upto 40mm.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors, glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).

Providing and fixing M.S.holder - bat clamps of approved design to sand cast iron / cast iron (spun) pipe embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement:2 fine aggregate:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ), including cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. - for 100mm dia pipe.

Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour - 15 mm nominal bore, 107 mm long, weighing notless than 110 gms.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sq.mm , modulus of elasticity 850 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being temite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S.screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) -35mm thick

Removing the existing cement paint/ colour wash in the interior/exterior face using scrapping blade/wire brush and other proper tools upto floor five level to ensure the surface is free of loose particles, deposits, duts etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 125x125mm stainless steel grating for floor trap etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 kms radius. The rate include incidental charges transportation by mechanical means, loading and unloading etc.,

Removing the loose particles/rust/mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush/crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and supplying a polymer based anticorrosive coating material CEMPATCH R of DON product (Two pack material with a powder and liquid component) and mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface 0.50 kg./sqm of steel area as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd.,with all lead and lift etc.,complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement as per the total area of treatment).

Providing high strength micro concrete CEMPATCH HM @ 27.75 kg/sqm a DON product over the Quick mast 108 applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level. (Aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mm thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise quantity of water i.e. 0.15 water powder ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd., etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Mixing a polymeric cementitious primer coat CEMPATCH PRIMER (bonding agent) @ 0.33 kg/sqm a DON product (Two pack material with a powder and liquid component) thoroughly with mechanical mixing and applying the mix with brush on the prepared surface of the fins, columns, beams at the new and old concrete joint but the micro concrete should be laid within 4 hours from the time of application as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd., with all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Rate

Providing high strength polymer modified cementitious repair mortar CEMPATCH N @ 20.74 kg/sqm a DON product over the primer applied surface of 15mm average thickness to make the surface smooth by trowelling and finishing the surface neat as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd., including with all lead and lift upto floor five level etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing one coat of curing compound SETCRETE 8 @ 0.20 lite/sqm a DON product over the plastered surface immediately after deshuttering of concrete surface or final trowelling of plastered surface as per the specification of M/s DON Construction Chemicals India Ltd., including all lead and lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
