Earth work excavation in retaining walls by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within alead of 50 m.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed including loading, unloading,cost of material and carriage complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :including cost of all materials, curing,hire and runing charges of concrete mixer, vibrator, T&P but excluding cost of cement.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials excluding cement.

Random rubble dry masonry with hard stone in retaining walls including levelling, carriage, scaffolding complete job as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

providing and laying in position 100 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes embeded in cement concrete in abutments/pier shafts excluding cost of stone masonary.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20/10 mm nominal size)grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :including curing,hire and runing charges of concrete mixer,vibrator,T&P but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick at top of retaining walls(coping) with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

labour charges for cutting,bending,binding and assembeling in position steel reinforcement in columns, suspended floors and stair cases of superstructure excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing and fixing of Form work of steel plates not less than 3.0mm thick M.S. sheets of specified size stiffened with suitable structral frame work true to plane or kit ply plates of not less than 12mm thickness of specifed sizes stiffened with suitable timber frame work prop height upto desired height ornamental projections upto desired height and thickness complete including its removal for all RCC/PCC works from foundation to fifth floor level.
