M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thickness machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-40 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 in grey cement and pigment glossy finish rubber mould casted laid dry over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

Same as item No. 7 above but of size 25 mm dia.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm dia galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

S&F in renewal for 50 mm dia gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete fixed at any location complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for exposing GI/CI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering, and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer after the pipes have been laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.0 x1.0 x 1.0m internal dimentions with 150 mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class 'B' bricks builts in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 to brick masonary internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate valve chamber having coller frame of size 1.0 x 1.0 x 1.0m made of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet, framed by 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle having 02 Nos cross 'X' support fixed with coller frame, mild steel hinges - 02 Nos of 50mm size, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.
