Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick teak ply (ISI marked) with exisitng wooden members for making cupboard including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. including spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x450 mm conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-Charge,in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 2 mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Single charge vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
