Excavation in foundation in B.C soil including lift up to 15 meter and lead upto 30 m (100 ft) and including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.(S.I.No. 251)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 Km from the site of work & including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 255)

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2'') gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand. cement in the proportion 1:4:8 including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. . As Per SI No. 502

Providing weep holes with 50 t0 75mm dia PVC pipe complete

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.5 meter transporting to sites spreading grading to require slope and compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 & 300.2 with a lead up to 50 meter as per MORD technical specification cause 301.5 MORD sepecification 301.5(i) S.No. 3.4. Making diaversion for passing conveyance during construction period

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close Graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with machanical paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH specification No. 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a HMP 30/40 TPH, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508. (With HMP Plant)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C'

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes
