Dismantling of brick/brick tile/paver blocks etc (laid flat or on edge etc) laid dry or pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 18 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and all grass/roots removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling consolidation formation surfaces in cutting and filling by exc 8 tonne and not exc 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour forLaying and compacting of granular sub base (GSB) as filter-cum-drainage layer, 150mm thick (compacted thickness) by providing grading V material as per Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge (Fifth revision published by IRC, 2013 Edition), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at optimum moisture content, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each, grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately)

Dismantling/demolition of complete existing black top surface or bitumen macadam surface in any area exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm (average depth 75mm) as per requirement in single pass with suitable cold milling machine fitted with loading convey or for loading the milled material directly on the trucks and stacking where directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Stacked/milled material removing from site to any lead at contractor site (out side MOD land) after completion of road work or as directed by GE being contractor property (as per credit Sch) cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in single layer, grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Preparing surfaces of WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 @ 7-10 kg/10 Sqm on surfaces of WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Preparing surfaces of DBM/bituminous surfaces with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc. from DBM and existing black top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 @ 2 to 3 kg/10 sqm on DBM/bituminous surfaces as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam of minimum compacted thickness 50mm, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and binder content of 4 % by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver, rolle d and compacted to required gradient and camber with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 505 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 4 % VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BM shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. The cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 50/kg of binder and NO adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) The BM shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay by the contractor, course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of clause 512 of MORTH (5th revision) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. (iii) The contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorpoation of the same in the work. (iv) Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using BM. (v) Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after every laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. For any variation in bitumen contents the re-testing to be got done by contractor at without any extra cost. (vi) Repair to pot holes shall be carried out as directed by Engineer-in-charge under this item and not measured separately, cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material & labour for laying Premix bituminous concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.4% paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30, content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 507 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 5.4% VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BC shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. The cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 50/kg of binder and NO adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) Cost of filler i.e. cement (OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (iii) After spreading of mix as as per clause 507.4.7 MORTH (5th revision) entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight , followed by finished rolling 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per clause No 507.4.8 MORTH (5th revision) and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) The contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorpoation of the same in the work. (iv) Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after every laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. For any variation in bitumen contents the re-testing to be got done by contractor at without any extra cost. (v) Top of road surface shall be broomed on next day after completion of rolling and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous new surfaces of road and marking thermo plastic reflective paint 2mm thick as in centre lines, side lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like (in any colour as directed like white, golden, yellow, orange black etc.) on road surface to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm conforming to MORTH clause No 803-4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing two way (dual direction) reflective road stud ABS body (cat eye) of size 100mmx 100mm x 18.5 mm, with amber/red/yellow reflective panels and fixing on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying exessive pressure and fixed with zinc plated steel nail of size 8mm dia 120mm long at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order

Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125mm or 120 x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the stud without applying exessive pressure and fixed with zinc plated steel nail of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order

Supply and fixing 600mm long dual directional Delineator made out of MS rectangular pipe of size 68x25mm, 16 gauge duly powder coated and Head made out of ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with high intensity prismatic reflector of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100x125mm with additional two Nos reflective radium strip of size 25mm wide, Delineator shall be fixed/embedding in PCC (1:2:4, type B1) block of size 300x300x350mm including necessary earthwork and form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order.

Supply and fixing convex mirror of 800 mm dia made from long life poly carbonate with strong impact resistant and shatter proof fitted with a sun shield or protective hood of colour as approved by GE, provided with 60mm dia SS pipe (suitable length as directed), including embedding in PCC (1:2:4, type B1) block of size 450x450x600mm including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order

Dismantling/taking up or down CI or RCC pipe 100mm dia of any description from trenches and removing from the site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying RCC pipe 100mm dia class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars including laying pipes level or to falls in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of steel water tubing 80 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and Earth work if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface/concrete surface / kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of luminous road marking paint of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative colour i.e black/white/golden yellow etc as directed) including necessary priming coat as per manufacturers instruction complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface/concrete surface / kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, and after removal prepared by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of luminous road marking paint of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative colour i.e black/white/golden yellow etc as directed) including necessary priming coat as per manufacturers instruction complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Make shall be approved by Accepting Officer before placement of order

Material and labour for Dismantling/taking out kerb Stone of any description and in any position and refixing at same or other location as dircted, laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, including necessary excavation/earth work and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Dismantling/taking out old paver block/ interlocking tile of any description and in any position, making surface leveled as per site requirement and refixing/laying the same over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction and laying kerb stone of size as directed directly on the road construction site with automatic kerb casting machine (kerb/divider making/laying machine, Highway Engineering), using M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, kerb stone cast continuous and making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) at a distance as directed, including making drainage opening wherever required, including necessary excavation/earth work and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing/laying factory made kerb stone of size as directed made of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, including necessary excavation/earth work and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made precast saucer drain with kerb made of M-30 grade concrete of length 450mm-600mm per piece as directed by GE (manufacturer of drain and cross section of saucer drain with kerb to be approved by CWE), laying over lean concrete (lean concrete shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ) with proper maintaing the level, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required or as directed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Any kind of reinforcement, if applicable/required, the Cost of same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil/debris) to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
