Cement Concrete: 1:4:8 - One part Cement:Four part Sand:Eight part hard broken stone jelly using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick,well rammed,consolidated and curing etc.complete complying with standar specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.floor/roof slabs wherever neccessary without clambing extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. the coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requierments of IS 383-2016. (No separate payment will be made by thedepartment for the exces usage of materials as per design mix.)
