Lime Plastic repair and restoration of profile of weathered or damaged stone statuary carvings, capitols, stringer courses, and other architectural details with lime mortar and with templum stucco wherever required, and Dutchman Repair of stone sections that are severely distressed, re-installation of neccessary stone piece to match existing stone of similar colour and texture and size only wherever required and necessary along with chiselling or chasing of stone wherever required for services. Fixing of new stone and reassembling to mortar grout and anchoring technique after neatly cutting out damaged stone profile using stainless steel pins of 6 mm dia threaded at end. Replacement of missing/damaged section of stringer courses and moulding /cornices including replacement of finials by means of like replacement in stone, carved to match profile or as directed by Architect, and fixed on to existing stone by means of SS pins or non corrosive phospho bronze armature inserted in epoxy plugs complete as directed by Engineer In Charge to reinstate complete character of the structure inclusive of all costs of compacting, curing, finishing, centering and shuttering at all levels.

Restoration, repair and refixing of steel trusses such as in Conservatory to prepare base, application of corrosion inhibiting zinc based primer and epoxy coating anti carbonation coating of recommended brand and shade as directed by Architect.

Careful Cleaning Cast iron surfaces like staircase, railing, balusters, etc. with light dry dusting & removal of surface crusts & bubbling & loose/flaking paint using careful sandpapering with fine wet and dry carborundum paper and wiping clean.

Restoration, polishing, cleaning, repairing and PU coating of Bronze statue, and Patina touch-up wherever needed. Statue approximate size is 5'x 3'. Cleaning of all PLAIN surfaces inclusive of gentle cleaning of all plain stone masonry and piers inclusive of plaques, with fine nylon or wire brushes or specialized Water Misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over-wetting, poulticing treatment for desalination of stone, removal of sulphate accretions and gentle stone cleaning using ammoniacal paper poulticing and clay packs and with specialised stone cleaning to remove bitumen stains, rust stains and oil/emulsion paint from surface with chemical thinners solvents & chemical treatments and Specialised removal of layers of impervious coatings and cementitious layers on stone surface in indicated areas only wherever required and necessary, careful cleaning and re-engraving of historic lettering on plaques. The overall cleaning may include usage of mechanical tapping, chemical surfactant or solvents, patented cleaning products, or use of pressurized micro abrasives as necessary. Test patches would need to be undertaken to assess efficiency of technique prior to work. Removal to be followed by water washing, complete as directed, inclusive of transport.(Note -Cleaning of inlay work and lettering on plaques is to be done according to the instructions of the consultant, alongside re-engraving the letters and filiing with lead , according to the given font, height etc)

Repair and restoration of existing stone base supporting the existing cast iron railing at VJB Udyan. The work includes the careful excavating, removing, cleaning, repairing, restoring, protective coating and raising the level of the stone base along the entire length of cast iron compound railing. It also involves replacing missing or severely damaged stone sections with matching heritage stone , as per Drwg. No. 1 (Figure No. 1.2, 1.3) and Drwg. No.3, 4 snd 5) realigning and raising the overall base level, and reinstallation of the railing all in accordance with approved conservation practices and under the guidance of the consultant architect and engineer in-charge.

Stone Ashlar Basalt Masonry work in stringers, water trough,skirting, sills, lintels, bands, corbels, shafts, mullions, jamb, columns, abutment, arches, key stones, coping,cornices, steps and all other similar plain or curved pieces with moulding or chamfered work in 1:4 C.M. for pointing etc. washed with muriatic acid etc complete as directed.(Ashlar work, fine dressed Basalt Stone)

The work includes the careful removal, cleaning, repairing, restoration, protective coating, casting of missing or damage parts featuring decorative elements like ornamental leaf patterns, pointed spikes, vertical rods should be of same metallic composition as existing cast iron compound railing segment. Work also includes reinstallation of the railing segments over the excavated and elevated stone pedestal and connecting it with vertical column support as per the documentation Drwg. No. 1 (Figure No. 1.1) & Drwg. Nos. 3 to 7 and as directed by consultant architect and engineer in-charge. All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices. Skilled artisans experienced in historic cast iron restoration must be employed.

Repair and restoration of existing cast iron Compound Railing column and bracket assembly of VJB Udyan. The work includes the careful removal, cleaning, repairing, restoration, protective coating, recasting of missing or damage parts featuring decorative elements like ornamental flower bud, capital, pedestal, engraved column shaft and decorative bracket support should be of same metallic composition as existing cast iron compound column and bracket assembly. Work also includes reinstallation of the column and decorative bracket assembly over the excavated and elevated stone pedestal and connecting it with cast iron compound railing segments as per the documentation Drwg. No. 1 (Figure No. 1.1 & 1.2) and Drwg. Nos 3 to 7 and as directed by consultant architect and engineer in-charge. All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices. Skilled artisans experienced in historic cast iron restoration must be employed.

Repair and restoration of existing cast iron entry- exit gates of VJB Udyan. The work includes the careful removal, cleaning, repairing, restoration, protective coating (oxidation with PU coating), casting of missing or damage parts featuring decorative elements like ornamental patterns, decorative design and CI columns should be of same metallic composition as existing cast iron entry- exit gates. Work also includes reinstallation of the columns over the newly casted foundation and fixing and making it fully operational. Work should be carried out as per the documentation drawing No. 2 (Figure No. – 2.1) and as directed by consultant architect and engineer in-charge. All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices. Skilled artisans experienced in historic cast iron restoration must be employed.

Providing and fixing lead flashing of best quality of 400 mm or more width as required and 1.5 to 2 mm thick either in rolled section or strips.

Casting and Installation of new decorative cast iron electric lamp post with supporting bracket as per existing Post design and assembly on new raised pedestal. The work includes the careful removal, of existing Post, new casting as per existing design and decorative features, oxidization with PU protective coating. Work also includes installation of the lamp post and decorative bracket assembly over the excavated and elevated stone pedestal and connecting as per the documentation drawing No.09 (Figure No.9.1) and as directed by consultant architect and engineer in-charge. All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices. Skilled artisans experienced in historic cast iron restoration must be employed.

Repair and restoration of existing decorative cast iron electric lamp post with supporting bracket assembly on new raised pedestal. The work includes the careful removal, cleaning, repairing, restoration, oxidization with PU protective coating, recasting of missing or damage parts featuring decorative elements like pedestal, engraved pole shaft and decorative bracket support should be of same metallic composition as existing cast iron compound. Work also includes reinstallation of the lamp post and decorative bracket assembly over the excavated and elevated stone pedestal and connecting as per the documentation drawings and as directed by consultant architect and engineer in-charge. All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices. Skilled artisans experienced in historic cast iron restoration must be employed.

To carefully conserve, repair, and restore heritage brass metal artillery gun, including its carriage, limber (axle assembly), and wheels preventing its historical authenticity, structural integrity and aesthetic appearance for display or commemorative use. Repair, Restoration and Re-fixing of existing clock dials on a functional clock tower at VJB Udyan. The work includes the careful removal of the existing clock dial assemblies, Repair of damaged or decayed wooden and mild steel (M.S.) components, sealing of gaps between clock rims and masonry, Reinstallation of the restored dials and ensuring full operational functionality of the dial mechanism.The item is excluding wood and Lime mortars All work must comply with heritage conservation best practices.
