Gross weight: 9900 to 10700 Kgs with tyre. Emision Norms : BS VI Cabin

Tipper Body Building The Tipper body shall be of sufficient size to convey 3 to 4 ton. The cargo body shall be not less than 12 feet x 6.5 feet x 3 feet in size. It shall be fabricated from chassis sub frame of size not lesser than 5 inch x 2 inch MS channel and body main frame of 4 inch x 2 inch MS channel supported by cross members of 3 inch x 1.5 inch MS channel. The platform plate shall be not less than 4 mm thick plate and the door and side plate (Double door) shall be not less than 3 mm thick plate. The inside body to be covered with 1.5 mm SS sheet (202) the tipper cylinder, Valve kit and Jacky should be of reputed make with BIS mark. The side body should be openable for loading and unloading work. The cost includes all taxes and duties, icsurance for the vehicle, temperory registration and permanent registration of the vehicle.
