Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring from surface/concealed conduit for light, fan, socket or power complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., to match with the existing complete all as directed.

M&L, Point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade conforming to IS-694, 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium grade, of minimum 20mm dia (ISI marked) and conduit accessories concealed in walls/floors /ceilings/roofs etc., with and including modular metal flush boxes made out of 1.6mm GI sheet with modular plate and frame for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc., complete including provision of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch, 5/6 Amps

One socket outlet, 3 pin, 5/6Amps, controlled by one way switch on same board with other switches.

One socket outlet, 3 pin, 5/6Amps, on independent board controlled by one way switch.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 2.5Sqmm FRLS cable for 5pin 15Amps socket outlet on independent board and 2.5Sqmm FRLS cable for the earth continuity conductor

Make: Legrand CAT No 5076 21 or equivalent in Siemens/L&T/IndoAsian as approved by GE

M&L in repair, Sub main wiring with 2 single core 4Sqmm 1100 Volts grade, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed cable, copper conductor, multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit, medium grade of minimum dia 25mm along with accessories fixed on walls/roofs/floors etc, including provision of FRLS PVC insulated 4sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length.

Note: Four runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as unit length.

Disconnecting and taking out the existing electric meter of any type and capacity from electric panel box carefully complete all as directed. Note: Old Electric meter complete shall be deposited to the store yard of AGE E/M No II.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of AC, single phase two wire, tamper proof, static meter of class 1.0, 240V, 50 Hz, basis current 10-60A, maximum continuous current 600% of basis current conforming to IS-13779 and relevant IEC standards with inbuilt Low Power Radio Frequency (LPRF) communication facility in cyantech mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuits complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of AC, three phase four wire, tamper proof, static meter of class 1.0, 415V, 50 Hz, basis current 10-60A, maximum continuous current 600% of basis current conforming to IS-13779 and relevant IEC standards with inbuilt Low Power Radio Frequency (LPRF) communication facility in cyantech mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti tamper features, microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuits complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Install, testing and commissioning IP 51 rated Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) compatible for Remote Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution and capable of communicating with the static energy meter in the corresponding frequency band and with the data server through GPRS and shall have minimum data transfer rate of 9600bps, internal memory to store data of 50 modules for 6 month period and shall be based on Cyantech Mesh network within 50metre range complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/Capital/Cyanconnode.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of IP 51 rated Repeater unit with inbuilt Low Power Radio Frequency (LPRF) Communication Facility and capable of communicating within Cyantech Mesh network with inbuilt AC power supply complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/Capital/Cyanconnode.

Design, Supply, Install, testing, commissioning and configuration of cloud hosted multi user web based Software with provision of following modules complete all as directed. Make: Innologix/L&T/Capital.

Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system shall also support offline meter data entry.

The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:- (i) 30 minutes instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters i.e., Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency. (ii) The monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and maximum demand.

Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to administrative and end users.

Occupation and Vacation Module: The system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events.

Customer Portal: The system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to login and view their own energy / billing data.

Energy Accounting Module: The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available

Communication Module: The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and SMS methods.

Meter Master Data: The system would support meter master data repository and also would support meter replacement process.

Excel Export: The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format.

Note for item No 18 to 22: Defect liability will be 24months after certified date of completion of work. The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out all defect rectification notified during the period including installation of software if necessary, repairs/replacement of spares where deemed necessary. No claim whatsoever will be entertained at a later stage.

Annual Maintainance Contract (AMC) for Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) technology enabling remote reading of the electricity meters without manual intervention and billing through GPRS enabled system which includes Data Acquisition, Meter Data Management, Billing including spare parts/any accessories required for smooth functioning of the meters/complete system, software upgradation/reinstallion if required considering for following equipments under GE(I) R&D, RCI area all as directed for the following periods:- (a) Energy meters. (b) Data Concentrator unit. (c) Low power Radio Frequency (LPRP) communication facility. (d) Cloud hosted multi user web board software.

For a period of 12months after expiry of defect liability period of two years for Sl item No 22 complete all as directed.

For a period of 12months after completion of Sl item No 23.01 complete all as directed. Note for item No 23.01 to 23.02: The annual maintenance cost includes minor spares upto Rs.500.00 only and beyond the cost of Rs.500.00 it will be arranged by the Department. However fixing of new spares inlcuding repair cost is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
