Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 HP Horizontal Open well Submersible pump to IS9034-1976 along with directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 415 volt 3 phase 50 CPD AC supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thrust bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted with device to take upto the expansion of water with hearing of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (KSB / Kirloskar / Crompton/ Havell’s) make Discharge 600- 3600 LPM head minimum 15-50 mtr. and delivery size 65mm dia Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10 HP submersible Pump DOL starter in sheet enclosure type MU-G(Motor rating AC-3 Duty, 415 V, 50Hz, Three phase) alongwith 63 Amp TPN in sheet steel enclosure to fix in floor mounting panel box including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge (L&T/ KSB/ Havell’s Make).

Providing and fixing 18 gauge MS sheet steel fabricated floor mounted closed almirah type enclosure panel with 32mm into 32mm & 5mm thick angle iron post of suitable height 6’-3” grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of pit 30x30x30mm having a size of box 1250mm into 963mm & 250mm deep duly painted comprising to protect the starter, TPN & tool including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing flat submersible cable three core 6 sqmm PVC insulated and pvc sheathed 1100 volt confirming to IS:694 in lowering/ surface including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge (Standard/ KSB/ L&T/ Havell’s Make).

Providing, laying, testing and commissioning at site in trenches / over the ground plain ended 65 mm dia galvanized mild steel tube ( medium grade) confirming to IS 1239 & equivalent to latest up to date amendments of following diameter and butt welding including cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 and latest in three layers leak proof of site of work welding rods of standard make 3mm to 4mm as approved and allied accessories like bend tees etc. made from parent pipe including carriage in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(TATA/Jindal/Surya Make)

Providing and welding MS Flanges as per table 5 confirming to BIS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date amendments and welding of flanges with as per IS 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointless gaskets sheet of required size as per IS 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done in three layers (two outside+ one inside) to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) 65 mm dia

Providing and fixing 63 mm fire fighting water monitor made out of carbon steel heavy duty seamless pipe, hot dip galvanized for corrosion resistance with aluminium nozzle, stainless steel and gunmetal IS : 8442 : 1977, flow 1750 LPM and 360 degree horizontal rotation etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 65 mm (Sixty five milimetre) nominal bore .gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge(Unik/ leader/ Kartar Make)
