Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

b) Hard rock

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(Reinforcement steel of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Supplying and fixing fully glazed (15 micron) electrostatic powder coated (25 of approved shade) Aluminium doors/windows "Indal" or approved equivalent make extruded tubular aluminium section of minimum 2.50 mm thickness & 6.3 mm laminated safety glass fixed with rubber lining & anodized aluminium beading including fixing the frame to masonry/RCC with 16 mm wide 8.2 mm thick 100 mm x 70 mm galvanised L shaped slotted steel lugs screwed to the frame @ 600 mm maximum by counter sunk galvanised machine screws and fixed to masonry by grouting with M-15 grade concrete in minimum 150 mm x 150 mm x 50 mm size hole/96mm long 12 mm dia. dash fasteners, finishing and making good of any damaged work etc. all complete including making hole in the walls wherever required : Aluminium glazed door/window/ventilator (openable or fixed) with cup pivots of aluminium alloy conforming to IS designation NS-4 of IS 737 and IS designation A-5 M of IS:617 and / IS: 2209 with aluminium handle on both sides, towerbolt, sliding bolt, safety lock and all fittings etc.complete for each shutter with plain anodized aluminium sections.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Structural steel work (Including cost of structural steel) including derusting fabrication, erection, hoisting and fixing in position in rolled steel joists,plates,chequered plates, tees, angles, channels flats etc. in cat-ladders, built up sections/compound sections in columns, portals,girders, beams, bracings,trusses, walkways etc., including gusset plates fastners, riveting,bolting/ weldingat shop or site of work at all heights/levels above or below ground levels including supplying and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of approved quality of paint (chlorinated rubber paint) complete as per site requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Structural steel of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.
