Material and labour for preparation of old decorated external wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over priming coat of exterior primer all as specified and directed. (Height of bldg upto 15 mtrs)

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel& steel based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.,all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall , finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over priming coat of exterior primer all as specified and directed. (Height of bldg upto 15 mtrs)
