Demolition of Brickwork or concrete block/stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 including finishing the joints, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 including finishing the joints, flush as the work proceeds but except stone complete all as specified as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded agg) as in precast block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) on wall surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggrgate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, clamp, wall ties conforming to Fe 290 Gde F-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link ms galvanized fencing any size and any type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link MS galvanized fencing including wires any mesh, size and any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness including floor finishes like tiles if any of any description. (below or above ground level) complete all as specified as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishers complete all as specified as directed.

M&L non-skid ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm th (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified as directed.
