Construction of Toilet Block at Banambar Govt. High School, Bhimpur in Khordha District

Clearing and grubbing roads and land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in hard soil except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling the Foundation and Plinth, Sides of Foundation, etc. with excavated materials (excluding rock), in layers not exceeding 0.225 m in depth including cost of watering, ramming, dressing and levelling the top to proper level & gradient, cost of labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials like soil, earth by mechanical means within 5km Lead away from the site, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including cost of equipments/ labour, conveyance, T&P and taxes etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, transporting 10cm thick dry brick khoa well watered & rammed to receive A.S.flooring including labour, conveyance, T&P complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and applying of Post construction Antitermile treatment by drilling 12mm dia holes at adislance of 30cm. @junction of wall and floor about 300mm aprt deep enough to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion (PREMISE, IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5 SC OF BAYER MAKE mixed with 475 Ur. waler) pumped these holes to soak the soil @ 1 Ur. soulalion of each hole as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling materials including cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance and all taxes including hiring charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

First class Fly ash Brick masonry using bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
