Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set developing suitable BHP water cooled of capacity 15KVA (12 KW), 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor , mounted on common base frame coupled, 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house up to 1.00 meter, AVM pads, foundation as per manifacture's design, battery start with suitable cable for connection from DG Set to panel board complete with acoustic enclosure as per specification of pollution control board and including the following:- PRIME MOVER. Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity having BHP water cooled, closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacture's recomendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings. RPM cum hour meter Battery charging ammeter V, I, Hz, Pf all as specified and directed. Ignition key and starting with push button switch. Lubrication oil pressure gauge. Mechanical Governor controlling.

Supply laying in replacement and testing XLPE, insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5 core, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation laying poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cables in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material(soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be recorded for payment putpose..

On load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 125 Amps side handle, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aerial bunched cable (AB) LT of size 3 core- x16 sqmm+1-core x 16 sqmm + 1x25 sqmm for street lights. The 16 sq.mm. phase conductor shall be of aluminium solid round; outer diameter shall be within the limits.• The phase conductor shall be insulated with black weather resistant high-densitypolyethylene (HDPE) suitable to 1100 V insulation. The insulated conductors shall generally conform to the relevant standards.• Conductors: The properties of the aluminium wires before stranding shall be:• Tensile strength not less than 90 N/Sq.mm.• Resistivity at 20 Deg. C not exceeding 0.02845ohm / Sq.mm / m(V) and one bare messenger wire shall be stranded non compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unsv burnt cable of any description & providing multistranded copper cable single core size 1.5 sqmm required for street light connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directely in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia and light grade protection pipe of 15 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1, of size 45cm x 45cm x 45 cm, RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 of size 45x45x6 cm reinforecd with 6mm dia mild steel bar @ 100mm c/c, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including removing old item complete all as specified and directed. Supply installation testing commissioning of 70 watt LED flood light built in die-cast aluminium IP66 flood light, suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting complete with all accessories pre wired and making connection with copper flexible cable of suitable size to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
