Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix for foundation/ flooring work using 40mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying, compaction, consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing & laying RR masonry foundation / wall / retaining wall in cement mortar 1:6 for construction of wall using hard blue granite stone, etc. complete from 2.5 m below ground level to 4.5m height above ground level with neat finishing including proper pointing & necessary scaffolding work etc complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing & laying RR masonry foundation / wall / retaining wall in cement mortar 1:6 for construction of wall using hard blue granite stone, etc. complete from 4.5m to 10m height with neat finishing including proper pointing & necessary scaffolding work etc complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, including fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:3 mix 12mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for RCC beam, column, ceiling, wall & floor height from 4.5m to 10m with neat finishing and necessary grouting including all scaffolding, including fibremesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing of damaged steel structural fully/partly such as roof/side cladding, purlin, trusses, bracings, columns etc. i.e. MS angle, channels, plate, beam, etc. at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures including providing temporary supports for the structure at dismantled portion and nearby structures lowering the dismantled items carefully and staking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants loading, unloading charges, providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of MS steel structural such as column/ beam/ truss/purlins/ bracing/ plate/ brackets, etc. by using ISHB, ISMB, ISMC, ISA, Flat, Plates etc. by welded or bolted connection at all heights and levels, including cutting, welding, jointing to suit the dismantled portion for replacing the worn-out members of the existing trusses/ purlins/ bracings/column/structure or full members, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge with providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, all conveyance charges, loading/unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification (Structural steel conforming to IS 2062:2011 of make TISCO/ SAIL/RINL/ JSW/ AM/NS INDIA).

Fabrication and erection of departmental old MS steel structural such as column/ beam/ truss/purlins/ bracing/ plate/ brackets, etc. by using ISHB, ISMB, ISMC, ISA, Flat, Plates etc. by welded or bolted connection at all heights and levels, including cutting, welding, jointing to suit the dismantled portion for replacing the worn-out members of the existing trusses/ purlins/ bracings/column/structure or full members, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge including providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification (Departmental steel will be issued on free of cost).

Dismantling and removing of damaged roof sheet and side cladding fully/partly at all heights using proper tools and plants without damaging the adjacent structures, lowering carefully and stacking materials useful for reuse at convenient place as directed by the company authorities and depositing the waste materials in the scrap yard including all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants loading, unloading charges, providing necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and fixing of roof sheet i.e. Departmental dismantled reusable A.C /Aluminium sheet with 8mm dia new G.I. polymer coated bolts & nuts (2 nos. per sqm) (white colour- Aargee Associates /equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S.angle/ channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) etc. including providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Rate excluding cost of A.C./Aluminium sheets). (Minimum required over lapping is 15cm).

Supplying, providing, laying and fixing of roof sheet with 1.2-2mm thick Aluminium trafford roof sheet (Hindal Co-Everlast/ Jindal brand) with 8mm dia G.I. polymer coated bolts & nuts (2 nos. per sqm.) (white colour- Aargee associates/ equivalent make) to suit the existing M.S. angle /channel, purlin (for fixing bolt hole to be made with drilling machine only) including providing necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements with all conveyance charges, loading/ unloading charges, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum required over lapping is 15cm).

(Minimum required overlapping is 15cm).

Supply of paints and painting one coat with epoxy coal tar paint (Asian/Berger) over a coat of epoxy Zinc-chromate/zinc-phosphate primer (Asian/Berger) over the existing painted surface of steel structurals including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and painting two coats with epoxy smoke grey paint (Asian/Berger/Shalimar) over a coat of epoxy zinc-chromate/ zinc-phosphate primer (Asian/Berger/Shalimar) including chipping, scrapping and cleaning the surface up to 15m height with necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting one coat with epoxy smoke grey paint (Asian/Berger) over a coat of epoxy Zinc-chromate/Zinc-phosphate primer (Asian/ Berger) over the existing painted surface of steel structurals including all steel scaffolding, staging and all safety arrangements in running plant and other building and thorough scrapping and cleaning the surface in all heights upto 15m from floor level without affecting the plant operations, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/Nippon) 1st quality of approved shade over a coat of cement primer for the external/internal masonry surface upto 10m height and above from ground level, including thorough scrapping, cleaning, removal of dirt, all tools & tackles, sandpaper and scaffolding arrangements, etc. and applying putty touch-up works wherever required, etc complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with 1st quality enamel / touch wood paint of approved shade (Berger/Asian/Nippon) matching to the existing for all doors, windows, false ceiling, etc. including thorough cleaning and removal of dirt and applying wood sealer/primer and putty wherever required including necessary scaffolding arrangements, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of aluminium turbo external braced industrial wind ventilator (Runner dia: 60cm, height: 60cm & weight: 1-2kg) (Giant impex/Supreme/MPS) with necessary base arrangement, including necessary clamping etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Rate including cost of all materials).

Supplying and fixing of 6kg PVC collecting pipe (160mm dia) (Finolex /Ashirvad) at the end of rainwater collecting bowl with suitable powder coated clamps (2-5mm thick) and necessary fittings elbow, bend, coupling, solvent cement, scaffolding arrangements, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate including cost of all materials).

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of required size ISI standard 'C' class GI round / square/rectangular pipe for roof, gate, partition, shed including painting the pipe with two coat with 1st quality enamel paint of approved shade (Asian/ Berger/Nippon) over a coat of primer (Asian/ Berger/Nippon), including necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, etc. complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of Fitter for miscellaneous works such as levelling the existing A.C. valley gutters/leak arresting with departmental materials, etc. (Rate excluding the cost of materials).

Engagement of Mason for miscellaneous works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).

Engagement of labour (Mazdoor) for miscellaneous work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Required materials will be issued by company on free of cost).
