REPAIR/CLEANING OF WATER SUPPLY OH WATER TANKS, UG SUMPS, TANKS AND REPAIR/MAINT OF EXTERNAL MAIN PIPE LINES AT MH NAMKUM AND KHOJATOLI UNIT AREA UNDER GE RANCHI

Amount

(i) Cleaning of over head water storage tank by dewatering existing water and removing all dirt, silt, vegetation formation on side walls / stair inside and bottom, cleaning with wire brush to remove settled materials and cleaning with clean water, and applying lime washing two coats and one coat of cement base paint inside and painting to raising/supply/wash out/over flow pipe with synthetic enameled paint of specified color code the tank including re-writing the date of cleaning, capacity of the tank/sump with synthetic enamel white paint on black base complete. (ii) Cleaning the surroundings area of the reservoir to a distance of 3 mtrs circumference including cutting of grass digging out roots filling holes and leveling around and removing waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete all as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following capacity of water supply installation:-

Over head tank of capacity upto 60,000 gallons

Over head tank of capacity upto 50,000 gallons

Over head tank of capacity upto 1,00,000 gallons

Over head tank of capacity upto 2,00,000 gallons

All as per Item No. 1 above but under ground/semi under ground sump of following capacity

U/G sump 50,000 gallons. at Khojatoli , MH Pump house.

U/G sump 1.5 Lakh gallons at Pump house Namkum.

U/G sump 2 Lakh gallons at Pump house Namkum and Khojatoli.

Reservoire/sump upto 50,000 gallons. Pump house Reservoir Namkum.

Reservoire/sump upto 25,000 gallons. Pump house Reservoir Namkum.

Reservoire/sump upto 15,000 gallons. Ranchi area.

Dewatering & Cleaning of Main water Receiving tank / Sump of capacity 25000 gln by bailing out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, de-scaling vegetation on the inside of fire tank/open well and white washing (Two Coat) and one coat of cement base paint etc including Cleaning the surroundings area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete all as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron lead using 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts and bolts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009- Part 1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L sleaved Copper strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground along outer surface of OHT all as directed.

M&L Test point terminal block made of Gun Metal or phosphorous Bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed and test register with details of result all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for solar based aviation double dome with self charging battery backup light fitting on the top of OHT all as per Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for air termination rod made of copper with 12mm rod 300mm long complete set fitting on the top of OHT all as per Engineer-in-Charge
