S&F new PVC cable Junction Box IP66 "halogen free and weather proof" for out door installation size not less than 200 x 150 x 100 mm suitable for street light incoming and outgoing cables up to 10 to 25 sqmm 4 core (with terminal) & inclusive of MCB SP 10 Amp, 60A 04 strip aluminium Bus Bar, including nuts,bolts,cable glands & MS clamps fixed to pole all as directed.

S&F lay cable PVC insulated industrials flexible FR 1100 volt grade with stranded cooper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core in suitable PVC conduit latest provision of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles conforming to latest provision of IS : 2713 (Part 1 to m) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth of 1.5m which shall be painted with 2 coats of black bituminous paint both internally and externally including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Foundation should be as per zonal approved TD drawing No TD/EM/9 Sheet No 1/1 (iii) Rates f steel tubular poles also include provision of finial and cast iron base plate fixed to poles finials and base plate shall be of cast iron and confirm to the details given in fig 3 and 4 of IS : 2713-Part 1 to 3-1980. (iv) The rates also include drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing 'D' iron clamps and hooks for continuous wire, G.I earth wire casing coping etc. to the required size and number. (v) The sections of the pole in outer dia & thickness shall be as: - 165.1 X 4.5mm for 5 meter length from bottom then 139.7 X 4.5mm for next 2m length & 114.3 X 3.65 for remaining length. (vi) Approx Wt of pole shall be 147 kg. (vii) Tubes making poles shall be out of steel conforming to minimum grade of YSt 240C (with minimum tensile strength of 410 MPa)

M&L for bracket for street light fitting made of 32/40 mm bore medium grade GI tube bent to shape required, fixed with and including MS flat iron clmaps, bolts n, buts w, washers duly painting the bracket with two coats of alumium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete including taking down the existing bracket and refixing and connecting up the light fittignetc all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated material surplus (soil ) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F given size bore tubing “light grade” in trenches/ on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge 50 mm bore.
