Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high Metre temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Rate shall include the cost of all labours, leads, lifts, ascents descents, crossing of traffic road and submission of suitable erection/ assembly/ launching scheme by contractor with proof check by IIT/ Govt. Engg. college. The job of erection includes erection and fixing of bearings in correct position. The item also includes lowering and placing of girder on bearings and its centering/ aligning. The rate shall also be inclusive of dismantling of staging, scaffolding, other temporary arrangement required for assembly and cold straightening of deformed and bent girders parts before the assembly with contractor's labours etc. Erection work includes preparation and submission of suitable erection/ assembly/ launching scheme by contractor with detail calculation by reputed agency which will be finally approved by Railway. HSFG bolts required for assembling the girder shall be supplied free of cost along with girder components at its own cost. Note - HSFG bolts shall be procured as per BS-111 (Latest Alteration).

METALIZING: components of fabricated materials with grit blasting as per IRS-B1-2001 following one coat of etc hprimer (as per IS:5666) with all labour, T & P and material as a complete job. Surface preparation as per procedure laid in clause 3 of IS: 6586 to get surface of quality as per appendix-A of IS:5905 and spraying 150 micron thick of Aluminium as per IS:2590 by process of metalizing of all fabricated components of any type of girders except Bottom floor members of open web girders.

Launching of Railways relieving girder of MT overall length up to 12 to 22 m after removing track ballast, excavation earth on properly prepared wooden/CC Cribs supports as per the approved scheme of launching, railway drawing and specifications by contractor's road crane including all tools, plants, machineries, labour, equipments etc. The work includes fixing of track i.e. steel channel sleeper, rails and fixing as per railway's specifications and standards on the relieving girder and necessary adjusment in the longitudinal x-levels including lifting and packing of approaches of girders after insertion of relieving girders in track to maintain safety of cranes on the relieving girders and its approaches. Designing, supplying, Sqm fabricating and providing of trapezoidal roll formed deck sheeting profiles of 50mm depth made of galvanised steel troughed metal decking plate over cross girders/supports for cast-in-situ deck slab of ROB. Thickness of deck plate shall be 1.00mm (minimum) and shall serve as permanent shuttering to deck slab of 250mm (max) thickness measured over crest of metal decking and shall have adequate strength to support the weight of green concrete and imposed loads during concreting over a span of 2000mm between supports. Deck sheets to be embossed to facilitate enhanced sheet to concrete bonding with contractor's all materials, men, equipment, tools and plant, fixing arrangements, all lead and lift and the work to be carried out above Railway tracks and 25 KV OHE electrified area without affecting Railway traffic and damage to Railway properties as directed by Engineering charge. Carrying out detailed structural analysis & Each design (most economical) for Railway portion as per approved GAD along with preparation of detailed structural / working drawings for ROB /IRS bridges. Design should be as per defined loading standard taking site geological / hydrological conditions and features into account. The design scope cover detailing of all ancillary items related to bridge construction like temporary staging, coffer dam etc. Design and drawings will have to proof checked from reputed institutions like IIT/ NIT/ CEERI-New Delhi / SERC-Chennai, As approved by Railways. Payment will be made for each ROB as single item.

Carrying out soil investigation at site for Job bearing capacity and other parameters for designing the foundation for the satisfaction of engineer incharge at the required depth as per the direction of engineer incharge. The quoted rates will including the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of reputed as approved by the site engineer incharge (with contractors own tools and equipment if required) as per special condition of contract.
