S & F Matt finish Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl dismantling old tiles of any description & removal of debris mtrl out of MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic designed tiles satin finished with carving in vertical surface 600x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed with 3 mm spacers and ponted in coloured epoxy grout to match the colour of tiles over incl. 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to maintaine true plumb incl dismantling old tiles of any description & removal of debris mtrl out of MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl dismantling old tiles of any description & removal of debris mtrl out of MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 1:2:4 ( 12.50mm graded agg) as in levelling course in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L granite (Telephonic jet black) work ( table rubbed and polished ) 18-20 mm thick in steps,risers, jambs, pillars, window cill , cooking platform and flooring including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone / brick masonry / concrete surfaces including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl dismantling old stone slab of any description & removal of debris mtrl out of MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

Rounding edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut cuddapa stone slabs one side polished 20 to 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) incl dismantling old stone slab of any description & removal of debris mtrl out of MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and incl cement 20 mm thk screed in cm 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing incl demolition of old stone slab of any description and removal from site complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab single piece 20-25mm thick as in steps and risers over and incl cement screed in 20 mm thk cm 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing incl demolition of old stone slab of any description and removal from site complete all as speicified and directed.
