Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in poroportion of 8:4:1 (8 graded stone aggregate: 4 coarse sand : 1cement : ) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 one cement : 4 coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete with 2cm gauge stone grit , coarse and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 2.20 finesess modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. (tor Steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. work including beding for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all material and wastage, bend hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.work Including cost of binding wire

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint [email protected] ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with tow or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture exteior primer applied @2.2 kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign, matters and sand papered smooth including, supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cartage of ballast kankar coal grit or sand including loading & unloading but excluding stacking on pakka roads (cartage for 3 km) the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in-30m distance as directed by the engineer incharge excluding royality wherever applicable for small work or abadi area (where cachine can not reach/move)

Supply & Stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge approved stone ballast for patches & top coat duly stacked on road side true to template including dressing surface where materials is to be staked including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Stacking of crushed stone dust for consolidation of stone ballast as screening material including octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of 22.4 - 53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick Top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging on the side of the road of first class bricks 22 cm Wide, 11cm deep. Laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the requred template and in proper alignment and also ineluding dressing and rammimng the execavated earth as direeted by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete (M 40 grade) paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80mm thick

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading. gremied with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complee in all respects. Unit = Cum/Sqm including tack coat using bitumin @ .20kg per Sqm. 40mm Compected Thickness

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thiick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exelusive of surfaee applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished Surfaee to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusibe of all taxes. royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x200mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded microprismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by engineer in charge the glow stud shall support a load of 13635kg rested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Tslope of ratro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/05) degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specificatio and shall be tested as described in ASTM 1:809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4:1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS as per procedure recommended by the munufacturer complete and as per direction of of Engineer-in-charge.
