Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.
Dismantling expanded metal or I.R.C. Fabrics (G.I. chain link mesh fencing 50mmx50mm and 10 gauge) with necessary battens and beading including stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead.
Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of : R.C.C.
Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Cold twisted bars.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :
(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
(b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.
Erection, grouting and fixing in position/alignment of Y shaped MS fencing posts and struts (labour charges only)
Barbed wire Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire.
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) (for painting of MS angle iron post)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (for painting of MS angle iron post)
Credit (buy-back) for dismantled items obtained from following items that is to be recovered from the bill of the contractor and material to be disposed off from the site of work:
a. Dismantled material received from Item No.1 (barbed wire)
b. Dismantled material received from Item No.2 (Chain Link mesh)
c. Dismantled material received from Item No.3 (RCC Post)
Note:- Rates should be quoted inclusive of all Taxes, GST etc.
