230 mm thick Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) including providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.

Providing and Applying of 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) for internal surface, including surface preparation work, chicken mess jali fixing , hacking Scafolding/plateform if required etc. as per site requirements and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade New work (three or more coats)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, plateform, counters. with water proof ply 12 mm thick.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except black, Cherry/ Ruby red Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Extra for fixing marble /granite stone, over and above corresponding basic item, in facia and drops of width upto 150 mm with epoxy resin based adhesive, including cleaning etc. complete.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing & fixing toilet paper holder of C.P. brass wall mounted type fixed to wooden cleats with C.P brass screws comlete.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : 15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) water supply pipes with pipe as per CTS SDR 11 (operating pressure - 7 Bar @ 82 Deg C and 28 Bar @ 23 Deg C)for pipes from 1/2 Inch to 2 Inch. Schedule 40 Pipe to be used from 2-1/2 Inch to 6 Inch. Pipes shall be joined using solvent welded CPVC fittings i.e. Tees, Elbows, Couplers, Unions, Reducers, brushings etc. including transition fittings (connection between CPVC & metal pipe/GI) i.e. Brass Adaptors (both Male & Female threaded) conforming to ASTM D-2846. ASTM F441 with only CPVC solvent cement conforming to ASTM F-493. All termination points for installation of faucets shall have brass termination fittings. Installation shall be to as per Technical Manual of manufacturer of pipes & fittings. (Internal Hot & cold water supply) Cost shall be inclusive of making maximum of 7.5 x 7.5 cm chase in wall and floors for the pipe, making good the same by using 1:2 cement mortar over the wire mesh and providing protection to embedded pipes and fittings (in wall chase) by wrapping two layers of 400 micron polythene sheet including proper overlaps on joints complete as required.

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish tiles in floor Size of Tile 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet forplacing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,fixing, jointing and testing in position the single socket type ‘B’ UPVC pipe for soil, waste and vent installation conforming to IS:13592 cut to required lengths including all necessary fittings and specials such as ends,junctions,offsets,end plug, access pieces(plain or door) & single/double- Y .Fixing at wall/ceiling level, below floor level supported by heavy duty GIclamps & hangers,PCC pedestal etc. Making proper connection with rubber seal & lubricant joint of required depth including cutting, chases/holes in floors/walls/slab etc and making good the same after pipe have been duly laid and testing complete. 75 mm dia 6 kg SWR Pipe

Supply and fixing of counter sunk glazed Oval/Square Shape Wash Basin set of approved make with suitable tap holes, supported on a pair of painted suitable brackets.

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of C.P. brass single lever basin mixer tap with complete accessories i.e connection pipe etc. as required.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of white vitreous China floor mounting type European water closet with 10 ltrs PVC flushing cistern (including flush pipe from cistern to WC), cistern angle valve (including the flexible pipe from angle valve to cistern) with required C.P. bolts, nuts, supporting arrangements, seat & cover with C.P. hinges & rubber buffers, complete with all accessories. Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonry 100 mm/ 125 mm thick with Grade-I AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/ cum conforming to IS: 2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

WALL PANELING

Providing and fixing GI frame work for wall paneling as per design drawing consisting of floor channel of size 50x32x32 x0.5mm thick at bottom and top fixed with 35 mm nylon sleeves and 35 mm screw. Further fixing GI stud 48x34x36x0.5 mm thick @600mm C/C vertically. The framework to be filled with 50mm 1000GSM non-woven thermal bonded polyester wadding ( Make Dupont/ Armstrong/Gyptech) held in position with 18 mm GI chicken mesh of 24SWG with drywall screws and oversize washers. Finally fixing over it horizontally 80x26x51x0.5 mm thick G.I. ceiling section placed @600mm C/C or wherever required as per design drawings with drywall screws and angle cleats 27x37x25x1.6 mm as required. The frame to be fixed to the walls by means of angle holdfasts or cleats of required size complete with expandable anchor fasteners of 65x10mm dia fixed on each vertical member @1000mm C/C etc. as required all complete as per the directions of Engineer- in-Charge. Tongue & Groove Wooden Acoustical Panels of size - 128 X 2440 X 16 mm Linear perforation (NRC 0.7 The Wooden Panel made of a High Density Fiber Board (HDMR) Substrate with Pre-Laminated/facing as per the approved Shade/species and finish and a Melamine balancing layer over the reverse side. The density of HDMR board should be more than 800kg/m3 . The HDMR board should be passed through vertically flammability test (UL94) & should be tested as for Anti-Fungal) with the help of special design Z clip as per Drawing and Design would be fixed on Aluminum Channel of size 15x25x19x7x.70mmx3000mm. (Leaping & Beading for corner and other finishing will be paid extra) Make: Gyptech / Armstrong / Hunter Douglas, EAPL. (MTC of the manufacturer along with NRC certificates will be required on installation).

Providing and fixing of Fabric Acoustical Wall Paneling with square edges made of Rockwool with Glasswool Tissue substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and fire-resistant fabric with an option of colors as per the choice of the Architect/ Engineering- in charge of size 600x1200 or 600x600 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC. The GI stud system includes G.I Stud having Size 48 mm X 36 mm X 34 mm X 0.50mm, length 3600mm, and Floor Channel Size 50 mm X 32 mm X 32 mm X 0.50 mm, length 3600 mm is fastened vertically/ horizontally at every 600mm filled with 50mm 1000GSM non-woven thermal bonded polyester wadding. Then 8 mm HDMR perforated Board of Gyptech Make should be Screwed to the GI frame with the help of 25 X 6 mm metal screw 25mm thick fabric acoustical panel should be pasted on the 8 mm HDMR perforated Board with the help of rubber base Adhesive of Pidilite or equivalent make as per drawing and design of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Gyptech / Armstrong / Anutone, EAPL. (Manufacturer Company MTC along with NRC certificate would be required at the time of installation).

Providing and fixing first class steam beech wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 70x50mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nail on external edges of stage .The work shall be executed as per drawings ,specifications & instructions of engineer in charge.

CEILING

Providing and fixing Rock Wool (Bio-Safe) Acoustical (NRC-0.8) Tegular Edge False Ceiling Tile (White) (Make: Armstrong, Gyptech, Anutone) at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. Rock Wool Tile should have Acoustical Tissue Paper on the top face and harden edge to acheive NRC-0.80 as per ASTMC-423/ISO 354. The tiles should have Anti Bacterial coating & Passed the Test Method as per JIS Z 2801: 2010, Should passed resistance to fungal attack test as per ASTM:G21-15. Relative Humidity (RH) more than 85%, Fire Performance as per Vertical flammiability test (UL94) Classification V1 (Flame extinguishes within 30 seconds with no dripping) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.30 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size22x19x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. (OEM Test Certicates wil be required from contractor before billing of the item). The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge. Make: Armstrong, Gyptech, Anutone.

Providing and Fixing Acoustical False Ceiling with Groowood Panels of size 128mm x2440mm x 16mm as per approved texture , Design and pattern. The Panels should in True horizontal Level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot Dipped galvanized iron section of 0.30 mm thick (Galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 24 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, suspended from ceiling using M-6 dash fasteners ,spaced at 600 mm centre to centre. Then tongue and grooved wooden slats are inserted with the help of special design Z clip. Polyester Wool Padding of 50mm thick, shall be placed in the back of wooden panels to achieve NRC 0.7 (Beading Cost Extra as per design required) The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge. Make: Gyptech / Armstrong / Hunter Douglas. (Contractor will provide MTC given by Manufacturer before billing)

ACOUSTICAL DOOR

Providing & fixing 75 mm thick Acoustical Wooden door finished with Laminate on both side. Door shall be made in 2nd Class Teak wood frame in 45 x 75mm. Door Shutters shall have both side 8 mm thick commercial Ply (Green Ecotech, century sainik or equivelent) with One mm Laminate on both side. Polyester wool insulation of 50mm/ 1000gm density shall be kept between wooden frame. Door hardware will be provided as per requirement & direction of Engineer - in charge make : Gyptech/Acoustic Bloc /Decosonic/Bhawani fire.

CARPET FLOORING

Providing and fixing Loop Pile Carpet made of 100 % Solution Dyed P.F./ Olefin with Primary Backing woven Polypropylene & Secondary backing Action back, Pile Height 4mm (+1 mm ), Total Height 5mm, Pile Weight 500 GSM, Total Weight 1400 GSM should be pasted on Plaster floor with rubber adhesive of reputed make Pidilite or Equivalent complete in all respect as per Direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Rainbow/ Indus/ Hextone.
