E/Work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per HSR 4.12.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 in foundation and plinth HSR item no. 6.1.6

Brick work with common burnt clay modular brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and mortar 1:6 as per HSR item no. 7.20

Providing and laying dump proof course in position cement concrete specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 in foundation and plinth stone aggregate 40mm thick size as per HSR item no. 6.8.2

1st class brick masonry 1:4 in mortar in foundation and plinth i.e. upto 1.50 mtr height as per HSR item no. 7.20.1

1st class brick masonry 1:4 in super structure i.e. above 1.50 meter height as per HSR item no. 7.22.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 in foundation and plinth stone aggregate 20mm nominal size as per HSR item no. 6.1.2

Shuttering and centering of RCC roof slab as per HSR item no. 6.30.3

Steel reinforcement of thermo mechanically threaded bars of graded Fee-500D for RCC work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC i/c strenthening, cutting, binding placing in position binding wastage overlap valid joint special bars, chairs, stays, hangers or annealed steel wires etc complete in all respect above plinth level as per HSR item no. 6.33.6

Cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:4 on brick walls as per HSR item no. 11.5.3

Cement pointing deep variety in 1:3 on brick walls as per HSR item no. 11.25.1

Providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 floor over 100mm thick CC 1:8:16 over 100mm thick stone or sand filling as per HSR item no. 10.1 & 6.8.2

Tile terracing consisting of tiles 22.86x11.43x3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling over a layer of 25mm mud plaster and an another layer of mud plaster for laying the tiles over a polythene film of 100 mircron thickness with 25mm thick layer of fine sand complete as per HSR item no. 30.9

Providing and fixing PVC rain water pipe 100mm dia complete as per HSR item no. B0241

Providing & fixing PVC bend 100mm dia complete as per HSR B0239

Chowkets of commercial hard wood such as hollock champ etc complete as per HSR item no. 12.1.3
