Supply and fixing for 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracketframing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise of superficial area exc 100sqcm but nt exc 250 sqcm

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof & and stacking serviceable tiles for use and disposal of unserviceable material all as specifed

Demolition mud in roofs , any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof)

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement

Cutting grooves in bricks work 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horigontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 including filling the groove with cement mortar 1:3 after tuching the felt and finishing surface even and fair complete all as speficified and directed

Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof surfaces or terraces, cleaning out, wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry 1 : 3 mixed with integrall water proofing comound all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

Providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on roof surfaces as padding to receive waterproofing treatement and to the required slope including finishing the exposed surface even and fare all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of slab in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair with using water proof compound @ 2% by wt of Cement all as specified

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm including cleaning of surfaces.

Supply and fixing for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigment in floors incl screed bed 20mm thk in cement motar 1:6 all as specified.
