Earth work excavation for side drain work in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B (HGS SS.20.B.) and depositing the same to the road side as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with stone dust in layers of not more than 10 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation, flooring bed, dummy columns, mudmat below column footings, Grade beams etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing of concrete, laying, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants including all other incidental charges such as bailing out water for forming protective bunds, coffer dams and shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 (design mix) Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing additional fixtures wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards etc., complete complying with Standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Supplying and erecting form work for steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto a height of 3.90m in all floors for RCC slabs, beams TEE or EL beams, lintels, stair case beams, side walls etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers

Vertical surfaces

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement grills using M.S. / R.T.S. rods Fe 500 of all sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire,spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straighteing, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlaping to the required length whereever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying of Gravel filling including cost and coveyance of the same to work site from approved quarry including stacking the same to departmental gauge for premeasurement including all labour charges for laying, spreading and compaction etc., complete and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials at site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and laying of 63mm thick rubber moulded Hydralic pressed paver block interlocking over a stone dust cussion and pointed with nice M-sand with required design meeting their international standard size with Zig Zag design with higher loading capacity rate including cost and conveyance of all required materials at site and all labour charges for laying, compacting with paver vibrator etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers. (Including cost of stone dust)

Supply, delivery and laying of 120mm dia HDPE Pipes including cost and laying charges into trenches etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Painting two coats of black and white bands alternatively each coat seperately using black and white enamal paints of approved quality including cost and conveyance of paint, painting articles and utencils, labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
