Supplying and filling of gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Brick work in cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks of Size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. For foundation and basement

Providing brick partition wall of 11.50 cm thick using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9” X 4 ½” X 3” in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) including supply and fixing hoop iron reinforcement if considered necessary by the departmental officers as directed etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The hoop reinforcement will be measured and paid separately).

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 meter height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. For super Structure Ground floor

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 25 mm thickness using plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand, and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with Eurocon or equivalent tiles of size 300 x 300 x 20 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 40 X 40 X 6mm steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 35 X 35 X 6mm steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 32 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 20 gauge MS sheets of best quality is laid as panel is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS flat on the rear side of the sand witching the MS sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold lasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos., one at top and the other at bottom are provided. One aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door. For single leaf doors one more aldrop is provided in the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the near side of the door at in appropriate place, in case of a double leaf door, MS flat 32 X 3mm at 1.10 Kg/m is provided on the edge of one shutter, to conceal the gap between the shutters. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing steel window covered with MS sheet openable shutter. The outer frame and shutter made out of steel sections confirming to IS7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of “Z” section (F7D) of size 20 X 20 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Millions are made out (F4B) T section of size 46 X 25 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452 / 1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of “T” section (T2) of size 25 X 22 X 3mm, 2 Nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ranch of special type are fixed or each openable shutter. Suitable openings is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 Nos. of 40 X 40 X 3mm angle hold fasts of 230mm inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing the shutter portion be covered with 20 gauge MS sheet. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing one coat of primer, welding charges transportation to the site of work loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer using best quality and approved colour of paint including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be gotapproved by department Engineers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size of 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (No M.Sand to be used) over the RCC roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 31:12.5 by volume laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden of beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling water, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Finishing the top .of roof with one course of MACHINE PRESSED TILES of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming and the top pointed with the same water proofing compound and red oxide, etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia meter having working pressure of 4Kg/Cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc., and fixing of cost iron gratings of required dia meter and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cost iron gratings. The size of teakwood plugs to be used shall be 150mm X 25mm in front and 200mm X 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm. The PVC pipe shall be fixed with teak wood plugs by means of "U" clamps using brass screws. Special types of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipeline shall be fixed in addition to those for more than 3 meter pipe length complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supply and fixing of granite sink size 2’-0” X 2’-0” X 1’-0” of good quality and with a pair of M.S. angle, brackets, 40mm PVC waste pipe with necessary coupling T.W. plugs, screws, washers, white lead, etc., including painting two coats including dismantling the masonry if necessary and recovering the same to the original condition as directed. (The granite sink to be used on work should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on work).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality brass chromium plated towel rail of 600mm length 20mm dia with CP brackets of same materials including fixing with necessary T.W. plugs, brass C.P. screws and dismantling masonry etc., complete with standard specifications. (The towel rail should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make decorative type wooden framed Mirror of approved quality and brand of size 600 x 450 mm x 5.5 mm shelf type with necessary ply wood backing, rubber buttons, brass CP screws, T.W. plugs etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Departmental Officer before use on woks)

Supplying and fixing in position of PVC Sintex water tank of 2000 Litres capacity approved quality and make including the cost of PVC adopter, lifting charges, conveyance, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position 15 mm dia C.P. long body tap (Heavy type) of approved make conforming to IS specification and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete, complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Departmental Officer before use on the works)

Providing rain water harvesting pit by earth work excavation in circular shape of 90 cm dia at 100 cm depth. The pit is encased with well ring of 90 cm dia , 30 cm depth, 50 mm thick using RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm metal for 4 nos. The entire depth ie. 120 cm is filled with 40 mm size metal. The top of the pit is covered with RCC 1:2:4 50mm thick perforated slab including cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills for ring and cover slab, labour charges, cost of materials, moulding curing, finishing and fixing in position etc. complete.
