Repair, replacing damaged parts, testing, restoration and commissioning of desiccant type heat of compression instrument air dryer of Unit-2 (1X500MW) BTPS

The intended bidder should be manufacturer or having experience in servicing/maintenance and supply of spares for similar desiccant type heat of compression air dryers. Bidder should have executed maintenance/servicing/supply of spares in a single/multiple work order or purchase orders (not more than five) of total value not less than Rs. 4.10 lakhs during any one of the preceding five years. As a proof, bidder shall submit a) Purchase order for supply of spares for desiccant type HOC air dryer and proof of supply of material (Ex: invoice, Delivery Challan, customer confirmation etc.). OR b) Single work order for reconditioning of desiccant type heat of compression air dryer including supply of required spares and Work completion certificate for the same work indicating the executed value, issued by competent authority. OR c) Work order for reconditioning of the desiccant type heat of compression air dryer and work completion certificate for the same work indicating the executed value, issued by competent authority.

The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 8.20 lakh in any two of the preceding FIVE financial years. Certified copy of statement of accounts issued by charted accountant shall be enclosed as documentary evidence
