Material and labour for surface preparation of structural part by gentle chipping by manually to make the surface rough and thoroughly cleaned with air as per standard practice and directions of Engineer-in-charge (including removal of external plaster, wherever exists) costs inclusive of transportation, labour, conveying debris away from the site (max 50m) tools and tackles, lead and lift etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix CRS (Corrosion resistant steel), 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position including necessary scaffolding arrangement (reinforcement cut as required to facitate demolition) and removing concrete debris and depositing outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement obtained from this item shall be handed over to contractor on account of sch of credit
Supply & Fixing MS/TS dowel pins/staple/shear pins including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour and but excludes the materials for grouting the pins.etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying rust cleaner (Re-backler solution) to exposed corroded reinforcement @ 0.20 Litre/Sq or approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiselling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Material and labour for providing and applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system IPNet RB or equivalent of approved make and quality comprises of resin and hardener mixed in equal proportion by volume with minimum 9-10 hours between the coats, sprinkling dry sand when 2nd coat is tacky so as to provide rough finish and ensuring air curing of minimum 10 hours after the top coat before any subsequent treatment etc. including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (a) New Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item (b) Cost of welding deemed to be inclusive in this item of work.
Material and labour for providing and applying a priming cum bonding coat of two component Epoxide Resin conforms to ASTM-C-882-91 of approved make and quality to clean and sound concrete area by brush or any other established method by mixing Base and curing agent in 2:1 proportion by weight for joining old and new concrete as per technical specifications of manufacturer. Work shall be carried out as per the manufacturers specifications & certificate on this account shall be taken from consultant and as approved by Engineer-in-charge
Material and labour Drilling and fixing teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes (drilling 12 mm dia, 40mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 600mm c/c in staggered manner or s directed by Engineer-in Charge in RCC structure elements and cleaning the holes (to clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles) and fixing of nozzles (to insert 12mm dia teflon nozzles in cleaned holes external end of nozzles (to insert 12mm dia teflon nozzles in cleaned holes external end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun and fixing it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and curing the system for minimum 12 hrs) and cutting of nozzles (to cut the nozzle by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Injecting low viscosity (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories, till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials( Mixing material components (part a & b) in required quantities as per manufacturer’s instruction by weigh batching) and Grouting ( Filling the grouting gun with monomer. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit (4 to 5 Kg/ Cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grouting the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements till its refusal. Sealing the nozzle with epoxy putty after the refusal. Monitoring leakages through other nozzles while grouting and seal them as per the requirement. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. the operation to be within pot life of the material.)and Cleaning of gun and accessories ( the gun and accessories like valves, pipes and other fixtures to be cleaned with thinner after the operation to avoid jamming of the gun.) etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for providing and laying 20 mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTER over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make, cement and filler material of approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time, including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), wherever required, bonding slurry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Strengthening structural elements with non metallic composite fiber wrapping system comprise of uni-directional carbon fiber sheet (430 GSM) and compatible saturant Profiling, applying compatible primer on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic epoxy putty etc. , complete mechanized wetting of fiber sheet, cutting the fabric to required size, mixing of saturant and filling in tub area of the saturation machine, placing the fiber on metallic rods and pass through the rollers of machine and saturant tub ensuring complete wetting (65% fiber volume fraction) of fibers, removing the fiber on rod and placing the new fiber sheet, wrapping the fiber sheet to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc., repeating the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs ,applying second coat of saturant after minimum 12 hrs after first coat, rectify air voids if any and finally rendering with10mm thick in CM 1:6 including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing carbon fiber anchor including drilling hole in the base concrete, fixing the anchor using epoxy 50X55 system, spreading the anchor fibers in star pattern including application of saturant complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item Nos.1 to 16:- (i) The work under Item Nos. 1 to 16 shall be carried out by authorised applicator only.
