INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification Works) shall also be applicable.
Material and Labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with 1.5sq mm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 volts grade, drawn in and including 20mm dia medium grade, rigid PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), and including modular metal flush boxes with modular frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators, etc including 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:- NOTE:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plates, modular frame plates, etc.

Material and Labour for circuit/Sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with 4 runs of 2.5 Sqmm for Phase and 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm for earth, FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core multistranded cable in and including concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Four runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm earth conductor one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.
Design, Fabricate, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubical panel board compartmentalized with separate bus bar and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Ac supply system as per latest IS/IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3.15mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 100 KVAR Automatic Power factor Corrector (APFC) Panel of approx. size of 1800 X1100 X500mm factory made, cubical compartmentalized for each stage, outdoor type, IP 54 degree Protection, dust, vermin and weather proof, made out of CRCA MS Sheet of 3.15mm thickness, front openable with locking arrangement, fixed on 50x50x6mm angle iron 4 leg frame structure having 40cm ground clearance, duly grouted in P:C:C (1:2:4) complete panel powder coated with seven tank process from inside and outside, duly prewired with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire for capacitor stages, metering & control accessories, earthing straps for connecting earth strips, cable entry from bottom and comprising the following:-
M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing, 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines / cables and removing excavated material not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing (below 15cm depth) if required at site, shall be measured and paid seprately.
Material and Labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean M-sand for underground cable cushioning/yard of outdoor substation complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment purpose)
M&L, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I and earth strip protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40 mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. Supply and erection of Hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of height 7.0 mtrs in single or double section having top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm made up of 3mm thick sheet and welded with a base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 12mm thick and provided with 1000mm long single arm bracket with 15 degree of angle for mounting street light fitting complete with provision of 04 Nos of ‘J’ type foundation bolts of size not less than 20mm dia, 600mm long embedded in RCC foundation concrete as per manufacturer’s recommendation including necessary earth work, RFR etc complete. A door should be provided at a height of 500mm from the base plate for accommodating and including provision of TPN aluminium bus bar system suitable for connecting up to 4 core, 16 sqmm aluminium cable and 01 No. of 6A SP MCB for street light protection inside the pole shaft including provision of 3 core, 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 from pole junction box to street light fitting drawn through inside of pole . Radium reflector band / strips of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from base plate. Numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of RCC foundation concrete, necessary excavation, earth work & RFR etc complete as per manufacturer's recommendation. Contractor shall submit the pole drawing and foundation drawing as per manufacturer's recommendation for approval of GE before procurement.
M&L, Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I , 2009) including excavation and earth work in any soil, charcoal, common salt, 15 mm thick all around earth plate, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion, 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia upto panel connecting earth lead to panel all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) The quoted rate shall also included excavation & earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal is included in quoted rate and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (Qty = 02 for External electrification work & 06 for internal electrification work)
Supply and fixing, LED Post top light fitting 40 Watt / 45 Watt, made in die-cast aluminum housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser, IP 65 protection, spun aluminum powder coated canopy, low power Warm White (WW) LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation arrangement with LED color temperature- 3000K ±300K, highly efficient constant current electronic driver having operating voltage range from 140-280 Volt AC, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection, Voltage surge protection 5KV complete suitable for up to 60mm OD pipe entry with fixing bolts complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 900mm x 600mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to copper earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm as earthing lead by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 80mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to power transformer / HT panels /earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of filling the earth pit with Sodium Chloride - 200 Kg, Magnesium and Copper Sulphate - 100 Kg and balance Charcoal in layers upto 15 cm above the top edge of the earth plate complete all as directed. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also include for protection pipe & copper earth strip up to 7.50m long.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-X (SEWAGE DISPOSAL) shall also be applicable.
M&L, DWCPE pipe, 200(OD)/175(ID) complete laid in trenches including earthwork, removal and return filling and jointed including testing alongwith necessary jointing material tees/ union / socket etc complete incl laid on PCC bed 150 mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B0 of avg depth 2.0 m including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified in IS-16098:2013 and as directed
S&F, SFRC (Steel fibre Reinforced Concrete) manhole cover and frame (heavy duty HD-20 grade designation) 560 mm internal diameter confirming to IS-12592, total weight of cover and frame not less than 182 Kg fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm garded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed
Material and Labour for construction of Hume pipe Septic tank (35 users) including excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified on site designed to carry sewage and sludge water, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete all as specified and shown on drg No. CEBZ/BAB/SK-02/2022 SHEET1/1 and as directed.
Material and Labour for Construction of Soakage well including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete type C2, including intercepting chamber screen chamber Brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Cover Slab in M-25/ RR Masonry / filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.8m in dia and 3.0m deep (effective depth) complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011 sheet 1/2 to 2/2. Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of any type of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS NOTE:- For items of Lightening Protection notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-XI (LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS) shall also be applicable.

S&F, epoxy heavy duty pin type insulators with provn of fastening on roof including fastening accessories and fastened Aluminium strip with nut and bolts of suitable size all as specified and directed.
AIR CONDITIONING WORKS
Design, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Central Air Conditioning Plant including AHUs water pump sets, cooling towers, ducting and electrical connection suitable for 3 phase AC supply chilled water system of suitable capacity (tentative capacity not less than 94 TR including all provisions for earthing floor mounted separate corresponding LT panel, all civil work and electrical work as per IS specification and best practice for Tech bldg as per drawings. (Total tentative capacity - 94 TR (47 TR x 2 Nos (Working) Note : (a) (i) The capacity mentioned for AC plant is tentative. Actual capacity should be worked out by the contractor based on inside condition required by users & outside environment condition. (ii) Compressor, Chiller & pump etc should be equally divided (i.e. 94 TR = 2 x 47 TR (Working). Eqpt to nearest available standard capacity shall be considered for provision. (b) Contractor is responsible for complete Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant based on inside/ outside conditions. Inside conditions to be maintained as given in data sheet attached as per Annexure (i to xii ) attached with Particular Specifications. Outside designed conditions at GE Jhansi area can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities. The design shall meet relevant code requirements and should be as per latest standard practice. (Description continue to Ser item No 8.02)
(Continue from Ser item No 8.01) (c) Contractor shall submit 3 hard copies of design folder as per Item No 8.02 hereafter duly bound including all the above details/drawings ink signed by the contractor and ink vetted by the IIT/NIT alongwith soft copies of it in 3 CDs. (d) The design folder after vetted from IIT/NIT shall be got accepted from CWE Jhansi before commencement of work with respect to compliance of provision catered in item No. 8.02. (e) The installation, testing and commissioning work of Air conditioning shall be carried out by the contractor through authorized rep of OEM approved by GE. (f) Noise level (sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limits. (g) Phase-I & II testing shall be done as per relevant PS clause. (h) Any other connected work not mentioned above but considered necessary by the contractor for successful installation, commissioning, operation and efficient performance of the plant the rate for the same deemed to be included in the above quoted rates complete all as specified and directed. (j) The manning and operation of the plant after provisional completion of work given by GE on satisfactory completion of Phase I test till upto final completion date of Phase II test shall be done by the contractor only. (k) Stage wise payment of AC plant work shall be done by the GE as per relevant PS clause. (l) The execution of AC plant work shall be done by the contractor as per timeline given in CA (m) Details specifications given in PS are nearly guideline any suggestion given in design folder duly vetted by IIT/NIT will supersede over PS clause. (Description continue to Ser item No 8.03)
(Continue from Ser item No 8.02) The design folder given by the contractor shall comply folllowing provisions :- (a) Data based heat load calculation for AC plant capacity as per bldg layout plan enclosed for rooms to be Air Conditioned with proposed details of AC plant capacity and other AC plant equipment considering inside design condition given by GE. In case if required suitable winter heating arrangement shall be considered in the design so as to meet required inside conditions all throughout the year. (b) Duct layout drg showing different size of ducts with air flow details. Both internal ducts inside the conditioned space and external ducts from the AHU located in AC plant building to the main building (Double storey) shall be provided with the suitable thickness of insulation and cladding material for meeting inside required conditions. Necessary supports with MS frame work from floor, ceiling and for outside ducts with clamps for holding shall be provided by the contractor. (c) Chiller water piping design drawing including condenser pipes and fitting with details of dia. (d) Layout schematic electric line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities Qty alongwith connected measuring instrument / meters, indication lamp starters, MCB, MCCB Isolators & interlocking arrangement for sequential operation etc. (e) Detail specifications/ description of all equipments & other materials / items with technical literature of various components of reputed makes as specified in contract including makes not specified shall be submitted along with design folder. (f) Layout plan for proposed installation of all air conditioning plant / equipments / items with dimensions of various equipments / items with specific working clearance between equipments to equipments & from walls after due consideration of existing doors & windows as per standard practice & BIS guidelines. (g) Schedule of items / description of equipments of all items with accounting unit, quantity, & particular specifications incl brand / makes of various items. (h) Design shall be done so as to meet inside design conditions & variations in outside conditions in any season throughout the year.

DG SET WORKS
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel engine driven Generating set of capacity 320 KVA/256 KW, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, at 0.8 pf(lag) with Diesel Engine, Alternator and control panel all mounted in acoustic enclosure complete and noise level less than 75 DB (A) at 1 meter distance from the enclosure as per CPCB and NGT norms in vogue.confirming to the detailed specifications as given below ( As given under Ser item No 10.02 to 10.07 below) :-
Diesel Engine : The diesel engine shall be of capacity suitable for alternator of capacity 320 KVA/256 KW developing required power for rated KVA not less than 284KW at 1500 RPM, 8 cylinders in-line, 4 stroke, radiator cooled, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours of continuous running and consisting of following:- a) Radiator cooled b) Electrical Starter Motor 24V DC. c) 2No X 12 V battery, 180 AH rating with connecting leads and terminals d) Battery Charging Alternator e) Fuel System with electronic governor f) Full flow Spin-on lube oil filter g) Duel fuel filter with water separator h) Residential type silencer j) Dry type air cleaner k) Fly wheel and fly wheel housing l) First fill of lube oil & Coolant
Alternator : The Alternator shall be of capacity 320 KVA/ 256 KW, 415 Volts, at 0.8 pf(lag), 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, suitable for operation at 1500 RPM. The Alternator shall be brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR, copper wound, Class 'H' insulation, having ±1.0% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions and continuous duty operation.
Mounting Arrangement: Factory assembled engine and Alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with Anti Vibration Mounting Pads
Fuel Tank: Integral fuel tank shall be of capacity not less than 810 Liters and provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning.
Note :- (i) PCC foundation for DG set as per manufacturer's recommendations shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. (ii) On successful installation, the DG set shall be subjected to load test as specified below :- Phase-I : No-load test for 01 hour in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. Phase-II : Load test for 12 hours continuously (at 25% of full load for fist one hour, 50% of full load for second one hour, 75% of full load for third one hour, 100% load for next 08 hours and 110% of full load for last one hour). Resistive type load bank or Water Load, Fuel and testing instruments as required for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Phase-II load test shall be carried out in the presence of testing officer nominated by accepting officer or IEM.
