Removing the black topping of 30 CM thickness and farming cable open trench of road crossing 60 CM wide and 135 CM deep (clear) including cost of using machinary providing danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary Labour, Lead, Lift, Tools and Plants etc., complete. The removed Tar blacks debris shall be removed stork at free place of site for requested by Highways and corporation departments.

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench at road crossing 60 CM wide and 105 CM deep (clear) including cost of signal boards, danger lights, indication arrangements wherever necessary and providing shoring and struthing arrangements wherever necessary all labour, lead, lift, tools and plants etc., complete. The excavated earth should be placed in one side of trench preparably on foot path side, not to obstruct free flow of traffic

Using machine for a width of 60 CM to a depth of 40 CM Edamanal SS to Vaitheeswarnkoil SS.

Using labour to a breath of 60 CM and a depth of 95 CM Edamanal SS to Vaitheeswarnkoil SS.

Providing M.S.barri cading 1.5 m height using M.S.sheet 4 mm thick MS angle 50x50x8 m base channel 100 x 50 of all materials leads, lifts, labour, welding and erection, transporting at site, placing in position. Shifting to new location after completing works tools & plants etc., complete

Laying of PVC pipes 200mm dia including cost of jointing pastecoupling and other required items including cost of all labour lead, lift,etc., complete. (pvc pipes 200mm will be Supplied by TANGEDCO )

Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm BG metal for fixing PVC pipe in the UG cable in proper alignment and level as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,curing etc., complete

Transporting of 33 KV cable drums including cost of loading at stores, unloading of 33 KV cable drums each weighting approximately 7 Tonne in lorries using truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including cost of labour, required etc.,

Laying of 3X400 sq. mm 33 KV XLPE UG cable by means of winch over rollers provided by contractor. The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from which side to drum side providing labour as required at site for tying the cable in free foil formation with nylon rope etc., complete (Cable supplied by TANGEDCO)

Refilling with filling sand in layers well consolidated as per standared specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Supplying & Laying the cover slab for cable protection, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth in layers and well consolidated as per standared specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Transporting and cleaning the excess excavated and debris then and there immediately to avoid any hinderence to the normal flow of traffic and public beyond a distance of 5 km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer in charge including loading and unloadings etc., complete.

Transporting of 33 KV empty drums loading at site and devolution of empty 33 KV steel cable drum each weighting 1 to 1.5 T from various work site and balance cable if any to departmental stores.

Providing watch and ward (unskilled) at site as instructed by the Engineer incharge at site.

Bailing out water from cable french while excavating and also while laying cable using 5 HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.(Materials Supplied by Tangedco)

Errection of straight through Heat shrinkable outdoor type 3X400 Sq.mm Cable joint kit including cost of all materials lead ,lift, errection and testing etc., complete(Materials Supplied by Tangedco)

Errection of Heat shrinkable out door tybe 3X400 Sq.mm UG Cable termination kit including cost of all Labour lead ,lift, errection and testing etc., complete (OD Termination kit will be supplied by TANGEDCO)

Erection of double pole structure with AB switch provision for 33KV UG cable (3X400 sqmm) including cost of all labour, such as lead,lifting,fixing and termination of cables (In and Out) both ends,and commissioning etc.,(All stracture matrials will be supplied by TANGEDCO)

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indication slab)of size 750x750x60 mm castingin RCC 1:3:6 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement,piling,shuttering,curing,transport from cast yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 33 KV cable.

Supply and laying of Warning tape (Yellow colour as TANGEDCO printed) of size 150mm wide and thickness P100 microns (0.1mm) as per std specifications including cost of all materials,lead,lift,labour and laying at the depth of 0.5 m below the ground level etc., complete.

Erection of 200 mm HDPE Pipe by Horizontal boring method location at NH Road crossing including cost of all Labour lead ,lift, Transporting, cable laying, etc, complete. (HDPE PIPE will be supplied by TANGEDCO)
