GE (N) P/TOKEN- 33 OF 2026-2027 MAINT TO ARREST LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE FROM ROOF, WALL,CHAJJA OF EFFECTED BLDGS FOR OFFRS/JCO/OR MD ACCN AND OTHER OTM ACCN AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS/UNITS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (EAST) UNDER GE (N) PUNE.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and cement mortar screed in existing roof including scrapping out old treatment/ bitumen etc. The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projections, washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive new water proofing treatment and removal of rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 500m and not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) averaging 50mm thick as in leveling course on roof slab including finishing the surface of concrete even and fair to receive screed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement mortar screed(avg 25mm) of 1:4 ratio in layers to achieve smooth finish surface with adequate slope to prevent stagnation of water on roof, with suitable water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including testing :-(a) 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on roof slab finished even and fair complete (b) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.70Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (c) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid by torch application method (d) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm. (e) The overlap while torching shall be 100mm at the longitudinal edges and 150mm at the ends. (f) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicator. Note: Temporary arrangement has to be made for supply of water during roof treatment work.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 500 litres of capacity and not exc.1000 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 250 litres of capacity and not exc.500 litres capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.500 litres and n.exc. 1000 litres complete all as directed

All as per serial item No.7.00 here-in-before but for tank capacity exc.250 litres and n.exc. 500 litres

S&F for rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour water tank non toxic effect,algea formation protection (made from virgin grade of polyethylene material which is duly stablized with anti-oxident plastic) of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical one piece moulded with closed top),the internal and external surfaces of tanks are smooth,clean and free from any hidden internal defects, hoisted and fixed in postion including S & F necessary GI fittings,inlet/outlet washout,overflow pieces long nipples,checknuts & washer,20mm dia PTMT valves igh pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball and 20 mm brass stop cock etc.complete , all as specified and as directed.
