M&L for de-scaling and cleaning of condenser, condensor pipe chiller chocked pipe, water circulating pipe lines ,valves, condenser coil (heat Exchanger) to cooling tower, and cooling tower circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (scale balaster -copper friendly chemical and neutralizer ) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the deposits/scale is removed to maintain required pressure, the chemical should be circulate through pump, cleaning the condenser and connected pipe and components (2/3 Units) of compressor by suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling/greasing/cleaning and replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following AC plants :- Note :- Descaling solution shall be paid separately under relevant items of schedule "A".

Supply only scale blaster-copper friendly De-scaling chemical (in 50 ltrs sealed packing) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only neutralizer to neutralize the effects of scale blaster (in 50 ltrs sealed packing ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing of existing cooling tower FRP type, of any description & in any position complete including dismantling all old connected parts/items line motor PVC filling, MS/GI pipe, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame, etc. servicing, overhauling, cleaning, painting with one coat of exsting paint (approved colour) and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixed in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the EIC complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Note (i) The replacement of defective/non functional parts shall be measured and paid separately as `supply only' under appropriate items of sch `A' and fixing rate for new items are deemed to be included under this item.

Supply only PVC filling blocks of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm suitable for cooling tower complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Aluminium fan set with hub assembly sweep 1400 mm & 4 blades suitable for capacity of 10 to 40TR AC plants complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Aluminium fan set with hub assembly sweep 1500 mm & 4 blades suitable for capacity of 100 to 220TR AC plants complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of bottom waterline CI filter and replacement of trainer jalli including nuts, bolts, washer, etc. complete all as specified & directed for following size:-

Supply and fixing in repair and replacement of rotary sprinkler with head cabin with frame and PVC header assembly for following capacity of cooling tower of AC plant including PVC pipe of suitable size and length as required complete all as specified and directed :-

Disconnecting from system, strip opening of refrigerant u/s compressors completely and re-assembling the dismantled Compressor with re-fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of the unserviceable/defective parts with new parts as required at site, connecting the compressor and making perfectly leak proof after cleaning the oil sump, oil pump, connecting rod, piston, liner, etc. and filling of compressor oil, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing the compressor (Model SMC 2– 65 of make Accel) including grinding/polishing of crank shaft complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene Three layer water storage tanks of Capacity 5000 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) with and including20mm bore size float valve, hoisted and fixed in position including connection of water supply line and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing water temperature sensor (LWT & EWT) alongwith 5 mtr wire suitable for Blue Star AC plant all as specified and directed.

M&L for necessary tools/plants for finding leakage in cooling condenser coil, condenser piping, chiller system / chiller unit and rectifying defects including welding/brazing as necessary by arranging Nitrogen gas for checking and oxygen gas for welding, etc. all as directed and testing for satisfactory operation of plant by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted against item is demeed to be inclusive of labour for filling of refrigerant gas, however the refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid under respective item under supply only.

S&F in repair temperature gauge (Thermometer) suitable for condensing water circulating line, measuring range 0 - 50 degree C of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair water pressure gauge of range 0 – 150 PSI suitable for 100mm dia GI/MS pipe of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrapping & preparation of old painted MS pipe and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including marking arrow for direction of liquid flow all as directed for following size of pipe:-

Supply and fixing in replacement including testing of drier filter of refrigerant gas of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and strip opening of the existing air handling unit of any description and in any position and of capacity up to 10000 CFM for overhauling and servicing including taking out existing shaft, blower, drum, pulley and dehumidifier pump, etc. of air handling unit, checking thoroughly the serviceability of the parts, dismantling the parts, fixing the serviceable parts in position, replacement of the defective/non-functional /unserviceable parts /spares, reassembling, commissioning, fixing in position and testing of the air handling unit on full load for its smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only. (ii) Remetalling & grinding of the crank shaft, wherever applicable shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall include the cost of transportation of any part of the AHU unit to and from approved workshop for their repair and alignment.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down AC electric motors of any description and in any position from existing foundation of compressor/blowers/pumps/ cooling tower strip opening and dismantling of motor for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling motors, ensuring proper alignment of the motor with existing compressor / pumps/blower/cooling tower, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities :-

(a) 1 HP to 5 HP, Single Phase/3 Phase 50 Hz

(b) 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP, Three phase 50 Hz

(c) 15 HP to 20 HP, Three phase 50 Hz

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking up/down pump set and monoblock pump sets of AC plant of any description and in any position from existing foundation, strip opening and dismantling of Pumps for servicing/overhauling, cleaning oiling/ greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the pumps ensuring proper alignment of pump, fixing in position connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities :-

(a) 0.5 HP to 3 HP, single phase 50 Hz

(b) 5.0 HP, Three phase 50 Hz

(c) 10 HP, Three phase 50 Hz

(d) 15 HP to 20 HP, Three phase 50 Hz Notes for Schedule `A' item No 32.01 to 32.04 :- (i) The replacement of defective / non functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under respective item of overhauling and servicing mentioned here in before. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & from of pumps/ motors to workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop & replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts/bolts/washers/ packing etc with new one (iv) Re-metalling of side cover of motor and machinery, polishing for housing of bearing all as required at site for smooth and noiseless movement of rotor impeller shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. (v) Re-metaling to pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to match with GM Bushes / Neck ring shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch`A’

Taking out & removing old burnt out windings and rewinding of electric motors of following sizes with existing size copper super enameled wire including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Leatherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing for the following capacities. (Note : Taking down of motor, its servicing & overhauling, fixing on foundation in position, connecting and testing is deemed to be included in the respective item No 31.01 to 31.03 & 32.01 to 32.04 of Schedule `A' here-in-before.
