Dismantling of chain link fencing/barbed wire mesh of any description complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section,including taking out embeded in concrete,brick work etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes n.exc 0.5 cum each getting out,returning filling in and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in MS work such as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm dia MS round bars as in fencing, cut to length fixing with posts/fencing, binding securing with clips etc all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, of mesh 50mmx 50mm and thickness of line wire 3.8 mm dia including fixing with straining bolt, binding wire etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl taking down old wire etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer incl preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square dia of neck 11 to 15 mm heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm and dia of shank 10mm all as specified and directed.

S&F of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or ther section with gusset plates, rails, grills, braces etc, complete drilled for fixed of Gde Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality B etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F for framed work such as grills,grating etc.with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces not.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/chajjas covering, cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws incl cutting of chase in wall and inserting 50 mm deep, and making good and matching the surface with existing finish,incl dismantling of old sheets any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based (150 GSM) plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge,roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ 'J' hooks etc,incl dismantling of old shets any description complete all as specified and directed. as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, 75 mm thick using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made, Vibro compacted, coloured reflective glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paverblocks with grey cement and no pigment block,coloured, glossy finished, PVC moulded, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 over 25 mm thick sand cushion, including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete chequred tiles size of 300 x300x 22mm thick coloured reflective type glossy finish machine pressed ,vibro compacted, rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment, and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc incl 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner including dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil fencing of 600 mm dia with following specifications:- (a) Concertina coil fencing of 600 mm dia shall be fixed to the angle iron posts in compound wall. The weight of 01 coil shall not be less than 8.60 Kg and shall be stretched not more than 06 Running meters in length. (b) The dia of wire of concertina coil shall not be less than 2.50 mm and shall be surrounded by 0.50 mm GI sheet and fixed with suitable J Clips all as specified. (c) The concertina coil shall be supported on 7 strings of concertina wire of same specification as in Para 55(b) above and binded properly to the concertina coils and angle iron brackets. (d) The running length of the fencing (along the wall : Length of wall = Length of concertina coil fencing) will be measured and paid (e) Fencing shall be measured and paid in unit RM consisting of above specifications.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil/bituminous or PCC road surfaces including removal of trunks left out of tree cutting/busesh etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (spoil) in any type of soil n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with with sub class "B" bricks, strainght or curved on plan not exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement or liquid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC rates shall be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in coping etcc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs factry made SFRC manhole covers 80mm thick, M-30, medium duty of siae n.exc 1.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 110 mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laaid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 250x100x12 to15mm thick Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) wall cladding tiles (Castle Stone) in approved design,texture,pattern and colour with high vibration technology and concrete mix design compressive strength equivalent to M-40 grade@28 days. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick CM (1:3) screed bed including taking down old wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15-20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 Rough cast plaster as specified on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even incl taking down old plaster of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L SFRC manhole covers including demolition of reinforced cement concreteof any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per\square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as perapproved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, including taking down old plaster of any description.complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). it also includes cutting & extirpating of small trees or plants in walls.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cleaning of existing open drain of any width or any depth including removal of sludge/Mud/silt (liduid or dry) in any position out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as insurface channel and drains including demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in surface channels and drain type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 306300.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
